First, some definitions.

When I talk about the whole institution I'm going to, it's the university.
When I talk about college, I talk about the sub-colleges that make up the university.
	College Business
	College of Computing
	College of Informatics
	etc.
When I talk about departments, I mean collections of colleges
	Like the Business department houses the colleges of business, economics, business management, etc.
When I talk about my program, I mean my specific major.

So the issue is that multiple colleges (the College of Computing and the College of Informatics for example) among others are currently being reorganized.  Some colleges are being combined, new ones are being created, the Departments that they reside under are changing/growing.  So the issue is that because of this University reorganization that has been happening recently has left some colleges without official heads and some departments have just gotten new colleges added to them.  So just finding the right department head is the challenge Im facing (which will mostly be solved with some googling and looking through university pages) :p
