April 5th Update

The UC Berkeley police have now surrounded the redwood grove behind Soda Hall, location of the Steve Wozniak lounge.

The police tape wraps around the trees, the volleyball court, and also the Ridge Road sidewalk along the trees.

One protester has already been issued a stay away order for 7 days, keeping that protester off campus and out of the grove for a week.

Paul Jacobs of Qualcomm and the UC intend to cut down the trees for a privatized tech design lab.

There is protest to save the trees April 12th, 10AM Ridge Road and Le Roy Avenue, Berkeley.
