  3. Anons once again the world bears witness to brutal Police Brutality, for nothing more then being asked to leave after insulting a young woman only because she was asleep after 4 P.M. Once again it is time to shine a light on the actions of the sullied Troopers forces of Alaska. Troopers whom have been found to kidnap women and rape them at the police station.

On April 28th Skyler Waite {https://www.facebook.com/you.dont.know.101} was awoken to EMT's and Alaska State Troopers after receiving a false police report that someone was attempting to commit suicide. After a search of the entire home and the police insulting a Woman for nothing less than sleeping after 4 P.M. as well as being asked to leave this occurred {http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=D_hCd9uwsng#t=213s} In return for her being assaulted she was charged with {http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M3jAoWnRHgA&feature=youtube_gdata_player} 1 Count of Disorderly Conduct, 1 Count of Resisting Arrest, 2 Counts of assault.

  18. Type: Assault 4, Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest
  19. Text: On 4/29/13 at approximately 1615 hours, Kodiak AST received a 911 call
  20. reporting a possible medical emergency. AST responded to the residence.
  21. While troopers where inside the home, Skyler Waite, 20 of Kodiak, became
  22. agitated and aggressive toward troopers. She was arrested and charged with
  23. Assault 4 on a Police Officer, Resisting Arrest, and Disorderly Conduct.

  26. The Judge in the case informed her that no matter how illegal an arrest, if you resist you will be charged.
  27. I beg to differ the Supreme Court has ruled in the past if an Officer is committing an Illegal Arrest you may kill them. {http://www.constitution.org/uslaw/defunlaw.htm} As well as informed her they only need to Mirandize if she was interrogated., as she was never Mirandized.
