He can also surge his energy to his feet, allowing for high jumps. His agility and stamina make for a very unpredictable fighting style. His energy blasts, combined with his staff and speed, make him a formidable foe and a helpful ally in battle.

Bio/Known History:  Dean Austin was born to Amanda Austin, a prostitute. His life as a child was, due to this, full of hardships. His mother had to settle down and find a working job, meaning that after the first few months he would usually have to stay home alone while his mother struggled to pay the rent. He was a quiet child, and usually just sat in his room while his mother was out. He lived this way for several years, silently loving his mother nonetheless. Then one day, when he was 8, he finally discovered his powers. He rarely used them in front of people, and usually practiced them alone in his room. He had a small obsession with playing cards, and used to play them to pass the time. One day, when he was 14, his mother started to grow sick and was hospitalized. After 10 days of sitting by her bedside, she died.
The boy was in a crisis. He mourned, before starting to make a name for himself in the local poker halls. He beat all contenders, and was able to pay the rent. He lived a player, rarely using his powers and having a good life.
