To Kaiho, everything was triggered in slow motion. The Senbon, him drawing an explosive tag, and moving back as he did. Hell, even Nagisa speaking. To his Sharingan, it all moved in slow motion.. and in face of all of that, he disappeared.

In the eyes of everyone there, Kaiho simply disappeared, leaving nothing more than a plume of smoke to signify his departure.

In reality, he raced forward at an untraceable speed, bypassing all of the attacks that came his way. He circled to Kitsu's backside and as he stepped behind him, he took the hilt of his chokuto, swinging it at the back of his head with all the strength that his body could muster.

He intended to end the fight with that single strike and move on to his intended target: Kitsu.
For better or for worse, Kitsu didn't have to worry about getting his tag stolen. To Kaiho, it'd be worthless after his fight with Nagisa.

Uchiha, Kaiho has activated a perk: Flicker Fighter!

Having arduously worked at it, the bearer of this perk is capable of using the Body Flicker technique in combat without crippling drawbacks.  This isn't to say they're negated entirely- it still requires a full handseal and there is a period of dizziness for the second as they exit the technique.  Despite these downsides, the sheer speed granted during it's use is unrivaled, and it's possible applications countless.

Note: +4 Tile Speed while using Shunshin, requires a full handseal, mild disorientation, and noticeable but not all-consuming tunnel vision that can be mitigated with high perception.
