  7. You're talking about what happened in 2010, **eight years ago**. Our site blew up in popularity first in 2011 (TV Tropes) and then much bigger in 2012 (Containment Breach), and growth is still massive.

  9. In other words, almost all of the site's major growth took place //after// the "article shift" that you're saying will cause the site to lose support.
