Whenever you issue a pilot license to a student, you are to respond to the applicants thread with the date, your name, what licenses you issued and if you received payment as shown here.

If you completed someone's flight training, you are to tag a forum moderator which can be found below on the sub-forum page, with the request for them to archive them. Moderators are:  Weedex, Koguchi, TehJonny, Kazama, Wally, BeyondSalvation and MrPinkPanda.

When you train a trainee, make sure to post what licenses they received on their career application.
