situation: 2.1 FW on N3DS with no backups made(stupid) [HARDMOD NEEDED]

1.use http://dukesrg.github.io/2xrsa.html?arm11.bin to start D9 (use otphelper's arm11.bin then rename the d9wip.bin to arm9.bin..both in root of sdcard)
2.dump nand.fat16.xorpad,nand.fat16.0x4.xorpad and firm0firm1.xorpad then copy to pc
3.get N3DS .ncsd header
4.get a decrypted firm0firm1.firm from a 9.2 N3DS
5.update the n3ds to 4.5 using a gamecart
6.use gateway entrypoint (go.gateway-3ds.com) to start D9 (a modded one..because D9 detects it as N3DS..we have o3ds fw)
7.dump h&s
8.unmount sdcard in D9 then move to pc
9.use universal inject generator to create sysupdater.app(profi200's one,safesys and plaisys doesn't work)
10.put 9.2 N3DS updater pack in 'updates' folder on sdcard
11.download rxtools 2.5.2 and put rxtools.dat in root of the sdcard
12.put sdcard to n3ds
13.mount then inject sysupdater into h&s then reboot
14.use http://www.reboot.ms/3ds/load.html?rxTools.dat link to start rxtools
15.press R
16.select devmode
17.open sysupdater then upgrade
18.pray
19.use hardmod and dump nand.bin to pc
20.use 3dsfat16tool to dump ctrnand from nand.bin using nand.fat16.0x4.xorpad
21.inject it back using nand.fat16.xorpad
22.use 3dsfirmtool to inject firm0firm1.firm using firm0firm1.xorpad
23.with a hex editor inject the N3DS .ncsd header into first 0x200 bytes of nand.bin
24.use hardmod to write the new nand.bin
25.start in safe_mode (L+R+A+up on dpad)
26.update ^_^
