What to Expect

Of course, it is more likely then not you will see major changes to the system they run. Puzzles are more likely to be focused on the individuals, instead of the groups.
More then likely they will start asking for personal PGP keys (again) to closely monitor you. Messages will not be personalized, but prioritized based on amount of solvers & where everyone else is at.
Unlike other opinions, it is still probable for the *think-tank* to post the 4th or 5th (depending where you live). Media is actually a craving of the group, they need it. The TOR board did not go down in lack of dedication(if you were apart of it, you were more then likely committed to it. No one goes that far to get bored.)

The people who are just followers of solvers will weed out, as they always do. This is why publicity is a key factor in this. They will bring the dedicated ones in, and the rest will sort it out. The whole reason of posting something like this on 4chan is to attract attention, and if you attract attention, you have the possibility of finding a possible recruit or someone to join whatever you're recruiting for.

How to Prepare

This is where the lines blur, as you can guess what to expect generally, you can't guess what to expect for content. I would advise registering a gpg key, so you can be ready for that. Intellect wise, there is many things to know. Learn about encrypting, decryption (ciphering, deciphering), it could prove useful in the next tests.
