Prequel (RP )

 The supply room was quiet and sat empty as the sounds of bumping and aluminum banging could be heard from with in the structure of the vent system,  soon there was a shimmering reverberation as four screws on a vent cover opened begin glowing and twisting oout of their holes, when the screws were pulled out they soundlessly fell to the floor bouncing once off the carpet before finally settling where they lay.

The blue hooves landed next, followed by pale white hooves, then a pair of darker, more dense looking blue hooves bringing up the rear.  “Trixie, seal the door, Ivory, put a sound supressor spell on the room, I don't want anyone outside the room heairng us” the Bat Pegasus stretched his wings out as best as he can, his motions moving a bit on the fast side.

“So is this really where the information is gonna be Midnight?”  Ivory turned away from one of the walls, her horn glowing to show the activity of the spell being cast on the room.

“Well...if it isn't then we've just spent the last few months tracking another wild goose” He says pulling a draw from a file cabinet open. “Not everyday you can find the information to possible whereabouts of  a wanted fugitive”


“Now if only it weren't so last minute though” The blonde maned Unicorn was searching in cabinets and files as well “always feels weird letting someone else take care of Ebony”

Midnight continued flipping through pieces of paper “You know Cadance doesn't mind, and it's pretty lucky you get to have your kid taken care of by the worlds greatest foalsitter”

“Yeah, but he's only a year old...she's getting to that age where she's clingy to her parents”


“ehem!” The voice of Trixie barged in “I'm still waiting on the wedding date you know...and my turn too”

“Eventually Trixie.” the stallion mumbled “besides, just because there's no wedding ceremony doesn't mean there's no commitment.


“yeah, yeah.” she replied  “hey! I found something!” Trixie said pulling a file out of the paper “looks like documents for recent land ownership exchange, made to the order of Opal Equines ”

“well if that isn't a fake name I don't know what is.” Ivory turned from where she way

The blue unicorn grinned ear to ear “Trixie's done it”

The three ponies threw the thing on the table and looked at it, a series of orders, legal document, claims, purchase drafts, copies of deeds “Well..where are we...” Midnight spread the papers out across the table

“Ah ha! Here were are.” he pointed to a  sentence of coordinate that were a palindrome “right out in the middle of eastern equestria.”

“So she's moving from up in the mountains to deserts?”   Trixie tilts her head looking

“We'll have to match it up with the maps back home but this is our best lead so far, and look” Midnight heald up a piece of paper that was perfectly square and equal on all four sides and threw it into the center of the pile revealing it to have two paralel lines, an equal sign “there it is!”

an hour later the three ponies were in an air ship flying back to Canterlot the three of them over looking the gathered information

“if we weren't at the top of the rank and file this would smell like a promotion” Ivory said looking over to the leader “only issue is how are we gonna get her now? We can't just send twilight and her friends out with out any proper confirmation”

“I got a team”
