-there's an elevator leading directly to the top floor, which is abaddon's personal abode
-as abaddon was defeated and his body slowly faded away, yuuka's left arm was left behind
-shocked, ayato picked it up, and discovered that it was still warm
-apparently, there was still a pulse
-"if you gather all the parts, then... that's it! that's what you have to do!"
-leaving him with those puzzling words, rui suddenly ran away
-he decided to look around the room until he suddenly discovered a single, naked woman hanging from the ceiling, strung up on wire cords
-it was emi. hurriedly, he went to her rescue
-"i tried ultra, super-duper hard, you know"
-it seems that after being exiled from the govt building, she had been separated from hayasaka and captured by demons
-ayato decided to take emi along with him
-"and thus, i set forth to take action once again with ayato-kun... make sure you take care of me, okay?"
-upon leaving shanshan city, another phantom of yuuka suddenly appeared
-"collect... my body... this is -- my one request..."

-if they left yuuka's arm as it was, they were certain that her left hand would eventually die
-ayato and emi heard that a name of a famous scientist was being passed around in the toyama shelter, so they decided to head over there
-in the furthest depths of the shelter is a research establishment. they didn't want to believe that it could exist, but it was spread out before their very eyes
-when they entered, they met an old man in a white lab coat
-"my name is susumi hirasawa."
-*this is... the weirdest thing i've ever seen in this game basically this guy has made some demonoid (or 'demi-noids') servants out of soldiers and rabbits and god even knows what else. he has an assistant that's a walking playing card with a spear and he invites ayato and emi to "HAVE TEA" with him, featuring scones, jam, and roast chicken
-after having tea, ayato brought up the topic of yuuka's left arm
-"it'll be no use if you don't use some sort of cultivation tank. i'm sorry to say we don't have the equipment for keeping it alive here, but don't worry. if you go to see my student, kusaka akito, he should be able to help. i'll give you a letter of introduction."
-as hirasawa was writing the letter of introduction, a young girl suddenly bounded into the room
-"hirasawa-jiisan! it's a disaster!"
-it was mei. it seems they'd ended up becoming hirasawa's burden not long ago, and now she plays happily with the demonoids
-after saying their hellos to mei, ayato and emi left the research center

-headed towards ichigaya shelter, where doctor kusaka is, the two suddenly found themselves ambushed at the entrance by the demon leraje
-after defeating him, they found yuuka's left arm. just like the right, it was also alive
-they entered the shelter, and were immediately met by a strangely erotic-looking nurse at the reception desk (*this is worded oddly, but she's basically wearing an extremely short dress)
-they explained their circumstances and showed the letter of introduction
-with the nurse leading the way, they were escorted to doctor kusaka's room, where he was waiting
-"it's fine if you use our cultivation tanks. by all rights, it would usually cost an enormous maintence fee... but i'll do it for free, if you meet certain conditions. i want you to give me a sample of those body parts. what? just a small one. her body seems to be unwounded, so, please."
-swallowing down those conditions, ayato warily handed over both of yuuka's arms
