Ishtar

There are 2 pictures here.  The first one is just Ishtar, and the second one is Ishtar giving a boy a titjob.  Let's do this by the book.  The first pic will be an introduction to Ishtar, and the second will be the story of how an average night with Ishtar would go.

Now to the real prewrite.  What do I want to do with Ishtar?  She's important, so I don't want to fuck her up.  I think I want her to be the first Lilian, as in, she and Lilith kind of started the Lilians together.  So basically, Lilith was establishing herself as a Goddess, but she was still a very new Goddess, at that point.  Not very powerful.  She and Ishtar, however, had similar interests, and became quick friends.  Over time, they started to become annoyed at the Jehovans of the time, and decided to actively fight against Jehovah.  Lilith took a more hard-line, and expanded her and Ishtar's ideas into a refined mass, that became the Lilian faith.
The two of them established their cult, which essentially ran the city of Uruk, in what is now Iraq.  ... Huh, I never noticed the similarity in names, there.

Anyway, Ishtar is essentially going to be the last Officer that anyone summons.  She'll only come to somebody that she feels is "important", and she'll only come to somebody who has summoned many, many, other Officers beforehand.  Lots of people try to summon her, and almost nobody actually succeeds.
In order to summon Ishtar, you have to be physically present in Uruk.  You must have *very* large breasts, and your summoning partner must be a permanent slave of yours.  Both of you must have memorized the entire Gospel, and he must be a virgin.  The summoning Priestess must be childless, and she won't be having any kids, after summoning Ishtar.  This is in addition to previously summoning an entire pantheon of different Officers.  The end result of summoning all of these officers, is that the HP in question will most likely, end up resembling Ishtar in looks, personality, and power.

Ishtar's power is essentially about the summoning partner.  His aging stops at puberty, so he never grows up.  After summoning Ishtar, all other Officers are essentially obliged to come to the aid of the summoning boy, and his mistress.  So basically, the boy in question becomes the "key" for any mistress who wants him.  It will be heavily implied that Medea Circe is the only one who has summoned Ishtar.  The only catch, is that, in exchange for Ishtar's blessing, the Priestess in question gives up her rights to have children.  So no heirs.  The dynasty ends with her.

A night with Ishtar, strangely enough, isn't particularly intense, sex-wise.  She'll basically be using her tits the whole time, giving the boy a titjob, and then suckling him, before smothering him, almost to the point of death, with her huge tits.  The smothering essentially gives him an NDE, where he mentally goes to the Domain of Lilith, and has sex with her, and all of the officers.  When he comes back, he'll be touched by her power, and he won't ever age.
