Want to say thanks for the show and the hard work that you do. I was speaking in the chat room and was wondering.. there is alot of talk of how to keep people out of your system like hash passwords, Lastpass closing ports etc.

But what about when you do get hacked?

I was wondering about warning systems such as tripwire and the like? What can be done to detect early warnings that someone has gotten in and what kinds of things can be setup to detect a breach.
