Solitude

Solitude.

It was not long after the bombs had fallen,
that the radiaton started to rise.
The flowers would no longer spread their pollen,
the surface was filled with boatflies.

And not long after the first victims had gone grey,
and the first humans had turned.
There weren't any wedding bells for today,
and our hopes were burned.

But keep hope my child, Ney ney!
Because after a long rain,
the sun will shine today.
