  1. 3 - - Collared
  2.
  3. OMEN: Bite
  4. ROOM: Dining Room, Kitchen, Servants' Quarters
  5. TRAITOR: Haunt revealer
  6.
  7. An otherworldly pulsing sound assaults your ears. It takes a moment for you to even realize that the screams you are hearing are not your own, but those of your companion a few rooms away. You watch in horror as he slowly sits down, a horrific and unimaginable being rising up behind him. You don’t like the way that alien is looking at you, and you *definitely* don’t like the glassy, lobotomized expression on your friend’s face.
  8.
  9. ----
  10.
  11. What You Know About the Bad Guys
  12. The Aliens' venom has a mind-controlling property, and they seek to rid the house of all intruders except for their loyal Pets.
  13.
  14. ----
  15.
  16. You Win When …
  17. … the Aliens are both destroyed.
  18.
  19. ----
  20.
  21. How to Fight Aliens
  22. You may attack Aliens as normal in an attempt to stun them.
  23.
  24. If you have the Medallion, you can attempt a Sanity attack against an Alien when in the same room or an adjacent room with a connecting door. If you defeat the Alien with this attack, it is killed. If you also have the Ring, add 3 to the result of this attack (Heroes attacking Aliens with the Ring and without the Medallion can only stun the Aliens). If you are defeated while attacking with the Medallion, you do not take damage.
  25.
  26. Each time a Pet dies, the Aliens become weaker. Pets do not slow heroes, and heroes do not slow Pets.
  27.
  28. ----
  29.
  30. If You Win …
  31. With an indescribably horrible cry, the otherworldly being bursts apart, ooze and venom dripping down from the walls wherever it lands, singeing the wood and stone. The pulsing sound strikes your ears once more, twice more… Then all is silent.
  32.
  33. Your glassy-eyed friend looks up to you with a curious expression and takes a few steps forward. With a small tilt of the head, he rolls onto his back at your feet and cries out, “Master!”
