- Any mods/DLC have to have GRA
- Have to take Mad Bomber perk at 6
- Kill Good Springs, Primm, and the Correctional Facility
- Whenever some one uses an explosive that not you you have to kill that person
- Any Armor
- Only use explosives
Optional:
- Take a Russian-est name
- Be addicted to Vodka
- Only use thrown/mines
- Only use explosives that you make
- All ways take the explosive option over everything else
- Blowup the strip
