  1. Seafood Skillet

  3. Ingredients:
  4. 2 tbsp olive oil
  5. 2 cloves garlic
  6. 1 onion
  7. 1 pepper
  8. 2 cups uncooked rice
  9. 1/2 tbsp. turmeric
  10. 1 tsp paprika
  11. 1/4 tsp cayenne
  12. 3 cups broth
  13. 1 bag frozen seafood
  14. 1 cup frozen peas
  15. Directions:
  16. Add oil to the pan, mince the garlic, and dice the onion and sauté until transparent. Add diced pepper to skillet. Add uncooked rice followed by all seasonings and the broth. Place the lid on the skillet, turn up the heat and let it come to a boil. Then, turn the heat down and let simmer for 15 minutes. Add the seafood and peas. Once cooked, top with parsley and lemon juice.

  21. Spicy Seafood + Tomato Pasta

  23. Ingredients:
  24. 2 tbsp oil
  25. 1 bag frozen seafood
  26. 1 clove garlic
  27. 2 tbsp butter
  28. 1 can tomato sauce
  29. 1/4 tsp paprika
  30. 2 servings pasta

  32. Directions:
  33. Add oil to the pan followed by the frozen seafood. Stir until opaque. Remove from heat and mince garlic. Return to heat with minced garlic and butter. Sauté and add tomato sauce, followed by paprika. Turn heat down to medium low and let simmer. Add cooked pasta to the skillet, salt to taste and top with parsley.
