The server is based on 3 Chinese Mainland Regions: South, North, and, East as for the CBT the key is locked only to one of the three regions means that you can't play in other region after you registered one. This probably going to change in the next OBT.

I am playing in the South Region(华南一区) - Server (断流利爪) so if you wanna play together and join my guild make sure to choose South Region.
