Hi Luis,

Due to changes in regulations regarding batteries in electronic devices, many countries and postal services have made it difficult for us to ship some of our products. Our shipping partner has found that we can get around many of the difficulties by sending the package to their headquarters in Belgium, and then shipping the packages from there.

We know it seems strange (it seemed pretty strange to us at first), but it seems to have made things work better for a lot of our customers in your part of the world. We're looking for simpler, cheaper ways to get your items out.
