Special Bike Type-X(SBX) - Psycho Engine Bike
SBX requirements: base AC 6

Surface 8
Underwater 3

-Roll 1d20+int mod to see if you can run it. If you pass the bike follows your mental commands. Every hour or every 3 rounds of combat another check with AC+1 must be made(i.e. if the last check had an AC of 6, this check is AC 7. If the last check had AC7, the next is 8 etc)
If you fail the check at any time, take 10 un-reducible damage and the bike stops.

(you can dedicate a pokemon that has 'telepath' to help, add their Int capability to the check)
(a psychic type pokemon can run this bike if they have at least int 5 and pass the check)
(if a non psychic trainer runs the bike they lose 1 HP every X minutes where X is their int score)[edit: they get suppressed for the duration]

Roll Focus to ride the bike if you fail you are suppressed while riding it and for X minutes after where X is how much you failed by.
Psychic type pokemon with int 5+ and trainers with Telepathy can operate the bike without rolling

Scaling skill checks every hour or three rounds of combat. Failure means the bike shuts off and you are flinched.
