Human Resource Management
The Human Resource Management (HRM) Module will increase productivity by handling sensitive employee data, leave tracking and payroll. Three different user privilege levels are available. Those are regular users, managers and HR directors. All employees can request for leaves. Higher level authorized person can either approve or decline it. Pending leaves, approved leaves can be seen as online reports. Monthly salary calculation considering leaves taken within that month. All employees can see their own salary slip which is in printable format. Contact directory is available for all employees which can be accessible freely.
Few functionalities which has included in HRM
•	Apply leaves. Notify the manager to approve the leave.
•	Maintain all types of leaves for each employee and display a summary.
•	Add/Modify/Remove employee accounts.
•	Generate the report for the monthly salary slips for individual employee.
•	Maintain an employee Contact Directory.
•	Allow the branch manager to search for a specific employee under that branch and look individual leave summary details.
