Green Rules

Attention:
You are held to the entirety of these rules at all time. Note: They are subject to change at any point in time, and it is your job to keep up with the changes



General Rules:
Do not attempt to harm the server in any way. We put in a lot of time to make it nice for you guys. Let's keep it that way.
Be respectful. Treats others how you want to be treated
Joking about DDoS, DOX, or other serious matters will be taken as a threat, and you will be punished accordingly.
Do not take advantage of a bug or exploit. Report it to a manager.
While an admin is handling a situaiton, do not bother them by shooting at them or diverting their attention in any way.
Use common sense.
Do not spam using chat or your mic.
Do not prop block/climb/trap/push/surf/spam etc.
Roleplaying Rules:
Do not kill someone without a valid reason. That is RDM.
Don't break NLR. New Life Rules states that you cannot return to the place you died for 4 minutes. You must also forget things that happened in past lives.
Don't Metagame. Metagaming states that you may not use out of character information in RP context. (Ex. Hearing printers through a wall as CP, and then raiding them.)
Follow the description given to you by your job. This means a CP cannot act like a criminal.
Do not avoid an RP situation by disconnecting, suiciding, etc.
You may not self supply as a Gun/Black Market dealer.
You may not refuse sale of goods to any player as any kind of dealer.
Hitmen may not kill their target if their target is in spawn. Do not sit outside spawn and gaurd them either.
You Can Shoot at Someone If:
You feel threatened by them. You must give a warning call before you start to fire. (Ex. Someone is following you with a weapon)
You are being raided.
Someone has passed your KOS line.
Someone is firing directly towards you.
Someone is pickpocketing you
You Cannot Shoot at Someone If:
For fun.
Based on Job.
Job Rules

Civil Protection:
CP's are allowed to arrest players with illegal items on sight.
CP's are not allowed to be corrupt.
CP's are not allowed to Baton Rush
CP's are not allowed to base outside the PD. This means no owning doors or building with props.
CP's are not allowed to randomly stunstick players.
CP's are not allowed to create checkpoints or roadblocks throughout the city.
CP's are not allowed to act on suspicion. This means you cannot arrest someone because a player told you they had printers. You must see them.
CP's are not allowed to hire other players to assist them.
CP's are not allowed to arrest players for breaking server rules.
CP's are not allowed to randomly kill or arrest players.
CP's are allowed to kill players that are raiding the Police Department
Mayor
You may not use any weapons larger than a pistol. Have a CP gaurd you.
You may not base outside the PD.
You may not randomly place lockdowns.
Building Rules
You may not have false keypads. They all have to lead to something.
Do not open a fading door with your physical keyboard during a raid.
All fading doors must open for 5 seconds before closing.
Don't build highly advantageous bases. This includes but is not limited to: footshot bases, headshot bases, and crouch bases.
If you want to avoid being raided while building, put a textsign outside your base that says "Building" in big plain text. You may not have any entities inside your base while a building sign is up.
You are not allowed to build during a raid.
Only Hobos are allowed to build outside. Hobos are not allowed to build in the middle of the street.
You may not build in a building you do not own.
You may not block off any NPC or Entity
Do not base or put entities on roofs that do not have a stairwell or ladder connecting them to the ground
Megabasing is not allowed. This means you may only occupy one building, and your base cannot build huge eyesores.
KOS lines are allowed as long as they only cover your property.
You may only have 2 keypads at each entrance.
Default Laws:
Do not attack other citizens unless it is in self-defense.
Any guns besides shotguns and pistols are illegal.
Money printers/drugs are illegal.
These laws are not changeable by the Mayor.
