Paul the Librarian

Paul the Librarian; A...well a librarian coming from a family of librarian's with the last name Librarian. Also a self described "paper-mancer" a talent traded down his family for as long as it can be remembered. The ability allows him to manipulate and pull paper (this extends to paper like materials like money) together and control it's density allowing for the shaping of tools, weapons, and with enough paper he can even create full transport. ((it extends to being able to control and levitate paper as well[imagine like air bending and stuff.)
This talent means he usuallly carries a shit ton of paper materials on him, his pants pockets loaded down with small notepads and a sack full of journals and books various reams of papers.

Usually wears cargo pocketed pants, , a utility belt for cool looks, grey long sleeved shirt, a coat that extends to the bottom of his rear, often carries a messenger bag/bag of holding full of nothing but paper and similar material. and wears sneakers because EVERYONE WEARS SNEAKERS!
