[b]In detail, describe yourself and why you want to be a CIT supporter and what activities you're involved in within CIT (group participation, bug reports, favourite jobs, etc):[/b] I'm 17 years old guy that was born in Syria, Aleppo. I spent my whole life there until I moved to Sweden with my family like 6 months ago, I have 1 sister and no brothers, so I'm the only one using my laptop. I currently live in a city called Jonkoping which is quite big and awesome as we have a beach and a lot of people live here, I'm currently learning Swedish in a school that have a specified classes to teach the Swedish language for the non Swedish people and I moved to the last class which include the people that learnt the Swedish language most.

Around 2 years ago, I went to Egypt for a vacation and I stayed there for around 2 months, and there, I saw many people playing CIT wherever I go and I was impressed, at first I didn't want to try it but then, I decided to try it and I actually loved playing it, I started as a pilot and I was trying my best to buy a car so after I got 75,000$ I went and bought the car that i really wanted to buy which is Super GT as it costed 75,000$ at that time and I painted it red, I was driving it around all the time and I was always afraid to break it and at some point I stopped driving it so I don't have to fix it again. Then I joined a gang called [888] and there, my real career started. At that time I was getting a lot of punishments without even knowing it as no one taught me how to play and I had no idea that there are rules that I should obey, so I kept getting punished even after I learnt some of the rules until I got my last punishment on 25/5/2013, it was about a year ago.

I joined many groups and I was known as a gang hopper and a rule breaker but I never got offended by that and I kept joining and leaving groups until my last few groups which I never left before at least 1 month but I still consider that bad, but now after I joined SWAT again I promised my self to never even think about leaving and I really am not thinking about it, my current rank is SGT which is considered such a good rank.

My favourite job is fisherman and my current level is L8 I have many friends In-game and I love making more friends as I'm a friendly person, I'm also a helpful person that enjoy helping others and I would like to be a CIT supporter to preform my duties because I feel my abilities that I could help more and give my best to the server which I love to play on. Also I have a good reputation as a helpful community member.

I have never got punished for exploiting as I never cheat in the games as it will make the game become ridiculous so whenever I find a bug I immediately report it on the Quality Assurance board. I feel that I reached a point in my CIT career where I reached all my goals and I play the game to relax and have fun, most of the time I'm driving around, helping players and sometimes attending criminal events. I'm the kind of a guy that's is very hard to get provoked as I always take stuff easy and think twice before I do, if someone flamed, trolled or provoked me. I actually prefer to ignore instead of reporting him as I don't like to waste my time crying about stuff that are very normal to happen on the internet. I don't think I have any enemies in the server as I try to be friendly with everyone. I'm also in top 50 richest people in CIT and I have a voice to be able to talk in #Echo on IRC.

I also forgot to mention that I have [url=http://cit2.net/index.php?action=profile;u=15765]another forum account[/url] that I made around 2 years ago, I never opened it again after I made my current one but I created a new one because I wanted to be JCM and have a fresh start without getting any forum warning, I wasn't muted at that time of course so I wasn't evading anything, just wanted a new start on the forum .

[u]For these questions imagine you're a supporter and therefore only have access to mute, what do you think would be an appropriate action in the below circumstances[/u]
[b]I think somebody is cheating so I:[/b] I wil inform any staff member to spectate him and make sure if he's cheating or not and if there are no staff members available, I will take enough evidences and show it to a staff member later.
[b]A player is shouting for help in main chat so I:[/b] I will try to help him if he wrote enough explainations as it's my duty and I would recommend him to press J then ask his questions in support chat if he has more questions.
[b]A player insults me so I:[/b] I will ignore them, but if they kept harassing me and I started to feel offended, I will report them on forum as I don't have access to mute them.
[b]A player asks me to give them some money so I:[/b] I would tell them that they have to work if they want to gain money, and advise them to not spam about it as they may get muted for spamming or jailed for requesting an unfair advantage if they asked a staff member. But I could give them some money if it's really needed and there's a good reason to give. For example a player was in a criminal event and the player doesn't have money to get healed and he asks me politely for some money to be healed and have fun in the criminal event. I could give him some since it's really needed in this case, so it depends on the situation.
[b]Somebody is cheating but I can't ban them so I:[/b] I would contact a staff member who has access to ban players to handle it, so the cheater doesn't effect on other player's game play. Also I would gather evidence and send it to the staff, so it might help.
[b]I have found a bug which gives free money so I:[/b] I immediately inform any online high staff member or developer on IRC or on forum if they're not available in game.
