Personality:
	Himiko is generally a compassionate and laid-back person. However when she is serious in situations such as a loved one on the verge of dying or the situation asking her to defend her convictions she is not afraid to take destructive and reckless measures even implicating herself to achieve her ends. In situations like those she can be somewhat brash and arrogant but at heart she wants to protect the ones that she loves the most and also takes every effort to ensure the intellect of those and her own intellect do not erode.  As such she is willing to take noble actions such as deflecting an incoming hit to prevent a city from being destroyed even though that means taking the recoil on herself.  Due to her Fire and Electric affinities she can act spunky and ballsy in some scenarios or accumulate feelings of lust and sadism. That said however, she can hold a grudge for a long time which in turn those grudges develop into feelings of vengeance.
Backstory:
	She was born into the 20 generation old Tachibana demon slayer, mage hacking bloodline.  At a young age, her dad noticed her fire and electric affinities when a power outage occurred at their residence.  Shortly afterwards her dad decided to take her into the family dojo where she picked up various katana swordsmanship techniques and en route honed her fire and electric affinities.
	Years later, when Himiko was taking a look inside the main base’s archives a warning went off inside the building indicating a possible hack attack. Realizing that the attack is shaking the base’s foundation and possibly destroying the base plus any adjacent buildings around it she instantly dashed into the base’s central control room and quickly noticed it is a mage-hack attack. Mustering whatever knowledge she read up accessing articles about mage-hacking through Valtnet, she dashed as rapidly as possible to the base’s main control room to access administrator functions to mitigate the damage.  However this was not accomplished without some damage to her body thus after the battle she walked out the door limping.  As she was coughing up blood and walking in the halls, Werckmeister Luxuria noticed her frail condition and took her in into the base’s medical room. It is then she revealed that she is at that point Valtier’s head administrator, the ruler of Valtier.  Realizing it was getting late, Himiko bid goodbye and then left for her family’s residence but not before Luxuria remarked her rather astute programming skills for a tender age of 13.
	After her initial rendezvous with Luxuria more hacking as well as real space attacks occurred. There Himiko encountered her first opponent Higebana Yuuka a katana user like her. At first Yuuka with her katana Murafusa steadily gained the upper hand due to her relatively high speed.  However, Himiko noticed that her slashes went along with a set pattern which can be dealt with by parrying with a combination of dual wielding and forming an offense with a series of well timed electric attacks. With that deduction in mind, she proceeded with her plan and swiftly took down Yuuka. After the match, Yuuka left Himiko with a scarring question before walking away “What is the point of building up strength?”
	Himiko pushed that question aside and went on with what she was doing.  However that question would soon haunt her in the corners of her mind.  Shortly after her 17th birthday she heard a knock on the door while she was debugging a spell-program. Answering the door she saw a familiar face from four years back.  Luxuria’s jade eyes, flowing ivory hair, and her serene disposition entered walked towards Himiko where she was asked to come to her estate immediately. Being puzzled yet intrigued she tagged along walking through a bunch of skywalks before finally reaching Luxuria’s penthouse.
	Upon entering the living room of Luxuria’s place, both were soon greeted by Hyouta, Luxuria’s older brother. That is when Himiko inquired on the purpose of Luxuria’s invitation.  Her answer was that she did not provide a proper thank you when the hacking ambush occurred inside Valtier’s head administrator HQ.  Later on, Luxuria directed Himiko to another room of the house where galleries of picture screens line up the room. In each picture one recurring feature appeared, in the hands were grasping a black axe, the head had a black ring with a red gem-like bar across the diameter.  At the end of the hallway there was a stadium like room where Luxuria summoned her axe.  Himiko knew that gesture meant that she had received a battle request. With that in mind both fought fiercely with their respective techniques with the duel ending in a tie.  She was then informed by Luxuria that she has been inviting people over to her house just to determine who would succeed her for the role of head administrator and also who would inherit her axe, Hades.  She then informed Himiko of the fact that since she managed to fight on par with her that she will be Hade’s successor. Puzzled Himiko asked why in which Luxuria replied that actually she possesses a frail body and that she has little time left to live. [Note: in Valtier little time left to live is 20 Valtierian years] Therefore she was fortunate to have lived for many centuries.  Flamevoid Paverschlev in the nearby hallway overheard the conversation and waited for an appropriate break in the conversation to introduce himself to Himiko. He then remarked that both Luxuria and he are tanks but the former is more offensive and the latter more defensive.  This combination gained them both the titles of the “Twin Tanks”   and “PaverPanzer Tank Duo” and both inform Himiko that they hope that she and her future partner can continue their legacy in which she replies that she will try her very best.
	Fast forward a few years, Luxuria, Paverschlev, Himiko, Hyouta, and Shizuka formed a fearsome quintet by assisting other dimensions in their wars.  During that time, they would assist the side that resisted the rebel’s side instead of the ruler’s side knowing of Valtier’s past history.  This gained each member of the titles Guerrilla Strategist, Crimson Panzer, Naschterra , Phantom Slasher, and Nightmare Assassin and the title of their collective Magnus Annihilation by their enemies.  During that period the group committed multiple atrocities in their hands.  Their conquest abruptly ended when they heard that Luxuria’s best friend got hijacked by a virus. Upon landing to Alturia, Luxuria’s home dimension the group decided that both Luxuria and Himiko take Yune on.  Arriving there, Yune requested that both Luxuria and Himiko kill her so the virus won’t have the ability to replicate its data to anyone else. Hesitating for a few moments while battling virus Yune, Himiko mercilessly tried to find a way to quarantine the virus without killing her. However Luxuria requested that Himiko kill her since she had too much centuries of turmoil under her hands. With that in mind, she impaled Yune with her katana Akatsuki but not without shedding a few tears mourning her.
Soon after the incident made Himiko go berserk by going around random dimension zones and wrecking havoc killing all the civilians in her path until she heard a kid’s cry in a Vulchuria, a dimension that she landed herself in. Lead by the kid’s cry Himiko walked towards the girl and her dying mother and that is where she snapped out of her slaughtering maniac frenzy and got onto one knee and desperately tried to heal the dying mother. However she grabbed onto her hand with whatever strength was remaining and requested her to stop saying she would rather rest in peace and let someone take care of her daughter instead. Respecting her wishes she took the girl in, in which she later on knew that her name was Avrilencia. It is then when she decisively established her resolve that she will stop killing unless the victim requests it.
Being so fatigued as a result for not having any sleep for 20 Valtierian years Himiko collapsed in front of her dad’s place where her dad carried over to her room to sleep.  Immediately afterwards she fell asleep for 30 Valtierian days.  Upon the end of her long slumber she received a notification that Luxuria’s condition was deteriorating. As a result, Himiko frantically hurried over to the house where her mentor lived.  Running to her death bed, Luxuria told her that she only has 2  Valtierian months left to live due to the fact her circuits suffered a permanent data corruption that not only leave her unable to fight as a magus but also disable all of her normal Valtierian senses.  Later on, she then informed Himiko that she cannot take any risks entrusting Valtier to anyone else via an election and thus she will be the dimension’s ruler after Luxuria passes away. Hyouta nearby overheard the conversation and accumulated feelings of envy for Himiko not knowing a virus in his CPU Linker within his boot sector was the cause of his jealously proceeded to choke Himiko every chance he got while he and her were alone in the same room.
