  14. - when stopping on underwater switch in STT, swim into it so you rise up during cs (works for ENG, idk about JP)

  17. - 2 JS's to avoid grabbing ledges in swamp spider house when going from 9th to 10th skulltula

  159. - after exit sewers and enter outer PF and goron roll to inner PF, best to bonk left into the fence near the loading zone and it'll bounce you into the loading zone
  160. * is goron worth it on way to hookshot chest on JP? it is on English. Maybe zora + chest jump?
  161. Oceanside Spider House
  162. - after 13th skulltula in oceanside, draw your sword when you backflip onto the pots and then roll into wall
  163. - after 14th skulltula in oceanside, draw your hookshot when you do a sidehop down the stairs
  164. - draw hookshot when backwalking after oceanside HP (depending on rng might be best to use sword, but no fast way to draw sword without sidehop so might as well draw hookshot to potentially save frame)

  167. Snowhead Temple
  168. - if you can get on edge of ramp without sword easily, draw hookshot during jump in room with first 2 fairies, if you use sword, draw sword at door
  169. - after fire arrows, draw bow when dropping down to shoot ice block
  170. - after 5th fairy, you should only do 3 jumps to get back to door, one of the platforms looks like you might have to JS to make it but you don't and it's easy
  171. - pot recoil after 6th fairy
  172. - after 6th fairy, draw bow (fire arrows) when jumping to next room, or when opening door
  173. - after compass chest in snowhead, draw hookshot when you backflip (or gainer) onto chest to get to stray fairy chest
  174. - after 9th fairy, draw hookshot either when jumping off ledge or when opening door
  175. - after 10th fairy, when doing long jump to other ramp, draw hookshot during your jump, then hookshot torch
  176. - after hookshotting that torch, draw bow when opening door (use bow to shoot fairy 11 + ice block)
  177. - (if doing 2nd fastest bridge strat) after 15th fairy, void as zora and do 2 rolls as zora, then pull bomb as soon as you jump off ledge, you have plenty of time

  185. - if you're going to use great fairy mask to get stray fairy in ring of fire, put it on before you open the chest so it flies to you while you recover from damage
  186. - draw bow (or sword?) when opening door to garo master, if you backwalk to door can draw bow then as well
  187. * after 5th fairy, can draw bow while backwalking to get in range to shoot hookshot target, not sure if doing that is better than just rolling and slow hookshot
  188. - after eyegore superslide + 6th fairy, draw bow while backwalking to door (or draw bow when opening door)
  189. - after 7th fairy, draw bow when jumping across ledge (or when opening door)
  190. * fast setup for hover to shoot underwater sun might be faster than unbuffered weirdshot, needs a lot of testing. Idea is sometime along the lines of get isg when opening compass chest (or damage isg off bombchu) then do a roll or 2 to get angle, pull bomb and walk rest of the way to get good position for hover (this hover is from a spot much closer to chest than the hover strat I see most people door, there's a setup for it but could probably be done without a real set up)
  191. * draw bow when entering nejiron room 2nd time? is this worth it over rolling as zora a bit in that room?

  194. * c-up + visual cue for long jump in first room might be better than set up?
  195. - after long jump in first room, and jump to ledge, put on deku mask right away because moves faster than human
  196. * after getting 2nd fairy + isg off chest, draw hookshot while backwalking a bit to hookshot other chest (if this is better than rolling + slow hookshot)
  197. - after 3rd fairy (from inverted chest), draw bow when jumping to next room (or when opening door)
  198. - after giant's mask, draw hookshot when entering door
  199. Swamp Spider House
  200. - after 2nd skulltula, draw hookshot when entering door (roll into crate, shoot skulltula on wall, then use sword for crate skulltula)
  201. * after fourth skulltula, roll into crate, sidehop left a few times and draw hookshot mid-sidehop while skulltula is still invulnerable and then hookshot it? waiting with sword could still be faster, needs testing
  202. - after 5th skulltula, climb ladder, just turn down-right, don't walk at all, can shoot skulltula in middle from there (assuming you're not too slow for cycle, but is pretty lenient)
  203. - after 10th skulltula, roll down balcony and jump off it so that you avoid having to hop up the little step before the door AND draw hookshot during this jump or when opening door
  204. - after 13th skulltula, draw hookshot when jumping or when opening door (hookshot beehive first thing)
  205. - horizontally slash sword to kill individual skulltulas, easy enough to consistently hit
  206. - after 19th skulltula, draw hookshot at door if hookshotting 20th skulltula, draw sword if jumping across gap and then slashing it (sword might be a bit faster)
  207. - draw hookshot after 20th skulltula at door if not already drawn
  208. Woodfall Temple
  209. - after 2nd fairy, draw hookshot when you jump off platform (possible to only do 2 rolls to get in range of torch, but 3 is safer because of enemies)
  210. - after boss key, draw hookshot at door
  211. - after map, draw hookshot at door (or mid backwalk)
  212. - after 4th fairy, draw hookshot at door
  213. - after killing baba that has stray fairy, jump off the ledge onto the slope (safely avoids picking up deku stick and should be faster) and pull bomb for recoil flip on the latter part of the slope
  214. - draw bow during recoil flip after dark room
  215.  
  216. - when entering fairy fountain as zora, ROLL, don't backwalk (not sure about human)
  217. * at scarecrow HP, if you have spare chu might be faster to sidehop hover off the edge and ocarina dive instead of ocarina dive with sword (perhaps more consistent as well)
  218. - get into position to hookshot tree for pcs as zora, (turning down so you don't target turtle, then sidehopping right 2 times, since you turn down you use left on control stick for first sidehop [because if you sidehop right after you turn camera, the direction you hold is different], then right for second one)
  219. GBT
  220. - after first hover, don't do a combination of backwalking + sidehops as human, turn zora right away and roll because zora has faster movement and rolling will have a better angle for movement and the short backwalk after the hover is kind of slow (might also reduce lag because of camera?)
  221. - after 4th fairy, turn human right before door and draw hookshot
  222. * could maybe pull chu slightly sooner for 9th fairy, jump to ledge and release it after certain number of flashes to break barrel, needs testing
  223. - while waiting for 9th fairy, draw bow
  224. - after freezing waterfall in waterwheel room, draw hookshot when you jump onto the (no longer moving) waterwheel. Sometimes you put away hookshot when climbing next part of waterwheel, but possible to avoid if you climb more to the right
  225. - after 10th fairy, draw hookshot when jumping onto other part of waterwheel
  226. - after hitting the gecko with gfs, draw your bow (both times), not only do you freeze bubble faster but it also makes it easier to make the cycle
  227. - after 12th fairy, jump onto moving water wheel, draw your bow mid jump, turn left and jump onto the part of waterwheel approaching you, then jump onto bridge, then freeze waterfall
  228. - after freezing waterfall in main room and climbing up ladder, draw hookshot at door
  229.  
  230. - on the moon, twinmold trial, draw hookshot right away after killing garo master
  231.  
  232. ***** Some backup strats that I've noticed people could have used:
  233.  
  234. - if you drop goron shrine HESS part of the way through, do not try backwalking the rest, rolling is almost always faster because better angle and the most you can backwalk is a short distance
  235. - if you fail recoil flip to map room in STT and land in the unloaded room, do not soar to entrance, you can void in the lava as zora/deku (the lava is just invisible because room is unloaded)
  236. - in STT map room, if you fail hover to the top of the sunblock, don't hookshot up and try to hover again, walk into lava and use an armos to hookshot clip to get to the chest
  237. - if you get past the dark room in woodfall and have no magic, jump down the ledge from where you normally do the recoil flip into main room and get magic in the grass which is right behind the hole you recoil into (by behind I mean grass closest to the door) then you can either recoil flip down the hole from there or do glitchless strat and JS recoil down other hole. glitchless strat is also good if you fail recoil and fall down there
  238. - in GBT, unless you have no magic at wart (you only need enough magic to break the pot at bottom of main room), do not kill the green chu, you'll be able to get a big magic drop in the pot next to the pot containing the 7th fairy and this magic alone is more than enough to last you the rest of the temple (and easy magic drops in gecko room after that so magic usage is lenient)
  239. * not a "back up" strat, but if first 2 dampe flames are good rng, ladder fire should be ideally faster than stairs fire
  240. - if (for some reason) on the moon you don't have enough bombchus to do the hover when you get to the goron trial, roll to the first set up chests, backflip onto them, turn 90 degrees right and get onto the edge, then use either a bomb or blast mask to zora long jump and grab the ledge, you can then goron roll to the HP form there, only seconds slower than doing the hover if optimized

  248. - [JP] after shooting gyorg for gyorg cs skip, pull out a bomb when you jump down to gyorg (not right away, wait a bit to time it correctly) then put on zora mask and recoil flip (and maybe superswim a bit?) to gyorg to get first hit, then proceed to do sva's strat. Alternative could be to pull bomb right away and recoil midair (or chu recoil?) and superswim as human then turn zora for first hit
  249. - high zora ledge grab to get to torch minigame (if possible, is probably very precise as some of the ledges are hard to grab even normally, but listing this idea anyway)
