- >Winds whips around me in a flurry
- >The very air seems to scream in angry, or perhaps fear
- >All I can hear is her screaming
- >The monster came and took her away
- >Away, into the woods
- >I try to follow them, chasing and running
- >But there's no sign of them
- >I weep on the leaves covered ground
- >The wind whips around in a signature pattern
- >There's a storm tonight
- >And there is a pain in my chest
- >Everything swirls, the wind and the pony scream
- >The pain in my chest flares and pulses rhythmically
- >Small twigs scrape against my twig
- >In a small puddle, I'm able to see a reflection of the monster above me
- >He's large, with terrible eyes
- >His mouth contorts into a horrible scream
- >I try to run, but I'm lifted into the air
- >Claws scratch at me and tear my flesh
- >Pain fills my body
- >I scream and cry
- >There's only so much pain you can take before passing out
- >The pain I feel goes far beyond that
- >The world goes dark and I slip away from the danger
- >Slowly, the world bleeds back in
- >There was a storm last
- >I know because I was standing outside
- >There are leaves strewn around the road as I walk down it
- >The streets are filled with whispers
- >Whispers from ponies
- >Whispers about me
- >The purple one approaches first
- > "Are you hurt? You're bleeding a lot!"
- >I stared at her for a moment
- >Those eyes were like hers
- >And with that, I slip away again
- >There was some screaming, but it was over quick
- >I dream I was there, under the tree
- >The yellow one
- >Her coat was a soaked
- >I saw it
- >I saw when she died
- >I wake up in the library
- >The cold floor reminds me of the dirt
- >Or was it the branch?
- >I sit up and see the nurse look at me in shock
- > "You startled me!" she says with a laugh
- > "I tried to get fluttershy but she wasn't home"
- >I know where she was
- >Lost in the woods
- >They ask me some questions and I try to answer
- >something was missing, I can tell it was gone...
- >Was it my name?
- >Was it my face?
- >No, those were hers
- >Buried away, where the bad things are
- >Lost
- >Lost in the woods
- >They mention fluttershy again
- >Was that her name
- >I try to speak, but start crying
- >They look at me worried
- >Why was I crying?
- >Oh right, the monster
- > "What's wrong?"
- "T-the beast. H-he...h-he k-killed her..."
- > "Killed her?! Something killed Fluttershy?"
- >The purple started to tear up
- >She must have been close
- >The nurse comforts the purple one
- >I feel bad
- >But I had to kill the beast
- >I promise revenge
- >She says it's pointless
- >I get up, drunk from the blood loss
- >Where was my wound?
- >Oh right, in my chest
- >I leave as she calls after me
- >But I know the way
- >She follows soon after, others in tow
- >Some were crying, others were fuming
- >And I just felt bad
- >The wound in my chest hurts from the walk
- >But I must get the beast
- >I must kill it first
- >Where was the monster?
- >We're moving in circles
- >I feel dizzy
- >Drunk and confused
- >My vision is hazy and dripping with red
- >There was a storm last night
- >The road is filled with whispers
- >Whispers of ponies
- >Whispers about me
- >We keep moving
- >Why do they still follow me
- >The woods get darker as we go
- >Something happened last night
- > "What does the thing look like?" asks one in the crowd
- "Large" I say coldly
- >They wait for more, but it's all I know
- >The beast had loomed over her
- >Fangs in it's mouth...
- >With blood in his eyes...
- >And was screaming when he ran to the woods
- >But the beast had seen me
- >The beast knows about me
- >He will kill me
- >Each step I take I know is closer to my death
- >My chest hurts again
- >Every moment from now on would be agony
- >Knowing about the beast
- >The beast would be watching
- >He's watching me now
- >My heart beats faster
- >My legs join it's pace
- >Why did it do this?
- >Had seeing it angered it somehow?
- >No
- >I know why
- > "W-why are you running?" they call from behind
- >The beast wants me alive
- >It wants to show me something
- >Show me my grave
- >It was agony in my chest
- >Why was it beating so fast
- >The breaths come in ragged bursts
- >Pain fills my heart till it's nothing but black
- >I start to pass out when I hear their voices
- > "Oh god it's blood!"
- > "Is it his blood? Or the monsters?"
- > "Oh god, what's that smell?"
- >Why were they here?
- >This isn't there grave
- >How dare they try to steal your grave from you
- >There was a storm last night
- >Leaves covered the road as thick the whispers
- >Whispers about me
- >The road was my green mile
- >But it would be mine
- > "Hey, why are you stopping?" the purple one asks
- >I open my mouth, but nothing comes out
- >Tears blur my eyes
- >The monster was here
- >I didn't even have the solace of my own grave
- >All of them here, I wasn't alone
- >Or rather, wasn't in private
- > "Hello? What's the... O-oh...oh my Celestia!" she shouts as she approaches
- >The monster was mad
- >His plan had been foiled
- >Wait, why did I...
- >There was a storm last night
- >Everyone was in there homes except me and Fluttershy
- >And the beast
- >I saw her and she saw me
- >But she didn't see me first, she saw the monster
- >The monster doesn't like to be seen
- >The monster wants to be left alone
- >And he comes out to bleed
- > "Fluttershy..." the purple tried to say
- >She choked on her tears
- >I look down at my hands
- >Covered in blood
- >There is a wound on my chest
- >There was a storm last night
- >There was a pain in my heart
- >And Fluttershy was dead
- >The beast had killed her
- >But she'd done something first
- >When the beast had grabbed her, by her soft, soft neck
- >She'd kicked at his chest
- >A branch got stuck to her hoof and ripped up the beast with each kick
- >The branch fell down when lightning had struck it
- >There was a storm last night
- >And only two people felt it
- >Not Fluttershy, who'd seen it
- >But the beast
- >And I
- >The beast started whining
- >He wanted to kill
- >He tossed me into my grave
- > "What did you do?!" he shouted through them
- > "What's wrong with you?! MONSTER!" they shouted and screamed
- >Not I, the monster had killed her
- >Why could they not see?
- >Why were they blaming me?
- >I start to cry
- >They hit my chest
- >There's a wound in my chest
- > "BASTARD!" she shouts
- >I'm so very scared
- >I'm not a monster
- >The monster's a killer, covered in red
- >He felt the storm, it drove him out
- >The monster he forced me to go out that night
- >Made me to watch
- >As Fluttershy cried and begged for life
- >How could I be that monster?
