Thank you for taking time in reading this e-mail. My name is Zachary Griffee (Twitter: @za_dark), a pre-orderer and follower of the Saygus company since this passed February. I am an American myself, am thrilled to watch an American smartphone company like Saygus thrive and flourish. It is the primary reason I was compelled me to pre-order the VSquared. It is also an extreme and pleasant benefit that Saygus promises to have the absolute best phone available to meet my wants and needs.

I am fully aware that discretion is very important towards maintaining a competitive edge among a very competitive industry. I am also aware that Saygus' stance is to 'wow' the community with the VSquared phone thus all of the anxiety built up due to delays and lack of communication would be alleviated and forgotten. I also understand that Andreas Erhard has already been a liaison between Saygus and the community. He also has put personal time, dedication, and compassion in the attempt to alleviate issues with the community. Many of us have appreciated Andreas' self-sacrifice in going the extra mile in achieving information for us about the company and it's movements. However, anxiety is higher than ever- even for myself, and my personal desire is to watch Saygus succeed.

We understand that a specific date is not possible. Given the track record of Saygus INC, and the previous attempt at manufacturing a smartphone- we'd like to be assured that the phone has not entered into 'development limbo.' We would like to have some assurance that the VSquared will be done in a timely fashion. Speaking from some sales experience myself, the last thing you want to do is be silent if there are delays. A customer that waits can only think the worst, it is up to you to keep their minds from wandering to those bad things.
