Your organization was placed on a *probationary status* today by the
Committee on Student Organizations.

1) Your organization was placed on probation because of the concern of
membership. Student organizations are required to have at minimum 8 active
members in there organization at all times.

2) At this time no benefits will be taken away.

3) Your probation will begin on 12/1/2015 at 12:01am and will end on
4/1/2015 at 11:59pm

4) Your organization must increase its membership to a minimum of 8 members
and document and prove to the Committee on Student Organizations (CoSO)
that these are committed members.

5) Failure to resolve the issue can result in loss of funding and/or the
loss of student government recognition.
