To noclip do !noclip or you can bind it so all you have to do is press a key by doing this in player console
bind v "ulx noclip"

To goto someone you do !goto {player}

To bring someone you do !bring {player}

To return someone you do !return {player}

To warn some you do !warn {player} {reason}

To kick someone you do !kick {player} {reason}

To ban someone you must contact a higher up as trial-moderators can not ban

To mute someone do !mute {player}

To jail someone do !jail {player}

To god yourself do !god ^

To ungod yourself do !ungod ^
