  1. On a cold winter evening, a lone warrior found himself wandering the dark woods of Nouth. He shivered as he moved. The unfamiliar cold was proving to be too cruel for his comfort. His arms and legs were covered in blood, but his sword was untainted.
  2.
  3. Drow watched as the bloodied warrior made his way through the woods. Her bow and quiver were ready. She was always on the lookout for danger. Listening to the woods, waiting for the whispers that would spell the death of the intruder.
  4.
  5. Suddenly, he turned, and in a flash her arrow was poised, ready to fly but she was frozen, waiting for the whisper.
  6.
  7. Juggernaut had sensed a new presence to his right. This keen sense of insight, had been bestowed upon him from the gods of war. For a moment he stood there ready, waiting to attack. But all was quiet.
  8.
  9. Then as suddenly as he had stopped, the warrior turned and continued his journey. Drow stood confused. The woods had stayed silent. Not a whisper. Nothing but a strange pleasant feeling. The woods were content, the woods were at peace. But she wanted to know why. She wanted to know what about the warrior had appeased the woods. She continued to follow him.
  10.
  11. Suddenly the woods grew dark, deep and cold. And for the first time in his life, Juggernaut experienced fear, true fear. His legs grew weak and his hard body was turning pearly white. His couldn't see or hear anything. He fell in the snow, unable to move, unable to speak. He saw the face of master Tuan, smiling on him. Was this it? Was this the end. Though he couldn't accept it, there was nothing he could do to change the situation so he took the hand of his master and began his final journey to the warrior's temple where all renowned warriors would be waiting for him. His earthly journey was over.
  12.
  13. Drow found him covered in a thin layer of snow. She didn't know for how long he'd been lying like that but if he was attempting to make any sudden attacks she highly doubted he would succeed. Nevertheless, she approached him with caution, her bow and arrow drawn ready to strike. His body was still, his chest barely moving. A few moments passed before she saw his chest completely stop. Suddenly she realized that the warrior was dying from the cold. His body was very cold to the touch and his eyes were closed but he wasn't dead, not yet. She could feel it. It was still beating, slowly.
  14.
  15.
  16. Getting him to a warm place was the first priority. She tried to lift his body but it was too heavy to lift. Quickly she took off her coat, whispered a few words and threw it over the warrior. She then cleared the area and gathered some woods for a fire.
  17.
  18. She covered the warrior in fire wood, set it on fire and withdrew into the woods with her bow and quiver.
  19.
  20. "This is the bridge of the fallen. It's the final obstacle you'll have to clear before you get to the temple where Lanaya awaits your arrival." said Master Tuan."I can go over it because I've crossed it once before. " "We will both get to the temple if you follow my footsteps."
  21.
  22. When they got to the middle, a sudden warmth emerged from the darkness below them. "Beneath us is a an abyss so deep that no warrior ever emerges from it." "A lake of fire awaits whoever slips and falls from this bridge. I will be increasing my pace so you must keep up." Tuan warned.
  23.
  24. But Juggernaut found it difficult. The bridge never seemed to end and more steps were missing as they advanced. He found Master Tuan's speed hard to match or beat but he kept going. Then suddenly and without warning, an old wooden step of the bridge gave way, and down into the abyss Juggernaut fell. He could feel the heat intensify the deeper he went.
  25.
  26. Suddenly, his soul was on fire and it was consuming him, bringing him towards an unknown singularity.
  27.
  28. Then without warning, he exploded into a million pieces that scattered about him, they were leaves, trees, pieces of snow....
  29.
  30. Drow watched as the warrior emerged from his slumber, dazed. He seemed to be utterly confused. He was touching his skin, pinching it. He couldn't believe he was alive.
