[2012-08-19 03:04:34] <AMARDA_GM> When last we left our heroes they were well, Grand was trying to get it on with Zaliz, Haywire was doing SCIENCE!, Shade was dealing with being a Queen, Terminal was being a bitch to Haywire, Dusk Beam was still dealing with the realities of the wasteland, Sweet was probably getting drunk and Midnight_Rain was on the roof watching the clouds and longing for home.

  6. [2012-08-19 03:11:03] * Grand_Finale pants as he turns as he takes a shart turn at a full gallop, his face lighting up as he sees the bar finally come into sight. Without turning his head Grand calls out to Haywire behind him "Were almost there!"
  7. [2012-08-19 03:12:59] * Dusk_Beam is slumped against the bar counter, looking numbly at a glass of whiskey.
  8. [2012-08-19 03:13:36] * Shade is still dozing with Terminal, curled up under her wing. For those of you that don't know, she's grown a bit, to a little smaller than an average sized mare. So pretty much the same size as Dusk_Beam.
  9. [2012-08-19 03:13:51] * Midnight_Rain is sitting on the roof of the tavern watching the clouds
  10. [2012-08-19 03:15:29] * Shade also may or may not have a teeeeeeenny little crown on her head because why not. That depends on what AMARDA says. I'll stop breaking the fourth wall now.
  11. [2012-08-19 03:16:26] <AMARDA_GM> Shade indeed has a little white crown on, it's made of paper and is very poorly made.
  12. [2012-08-19 03:18:05] * Shade gets a coat hanger and makes the crown 'float' above her head because the GM is mean and did I not just say I'd stop breaking the fourth wall? And yet here I go again!
  13. [2012-08-19 03:18:09] * Haywire gallops behind him, not bothering to answer to the obvious statement. Sweat runs down his face. His mind spins back and forth, trying not to succumb to fear.
  14. [2012-08-19 03:21:56] * Grand_Finale bolts ahead, not really bothing to slow down as he slams into the door of the bar and charges inside. Sliding to a stop Grands eyes emediately scower the bar, looking for his companions as he calls out the first thing he could think of in his paniced state. "All hooves on deck, Haywire says we are fucked!!!!"
  15. [2012-08-19 03:24:13] * Grand_Finale grand is in new barding and carrying new weapons. A leather jacket covers light armor complete with a solid balistic chest peice on the front, a newly aquired Anti-pony Gernade rifle hangs at his side.
  16. [2012-08-19 03:25:12] * Dusk_Beam jumps to a start from her place at the bar she looks over at Haywire. "Grand is that.. Oh, it is you. Ah.. they are in there." Dusk waves a hoof at the room Shade is in and returns to the bar
  17. [2012-08-19 03:25:55] * Midnight_Rain hears the door being slammed and lets out a sigh just staring into the clouds
  18. [2012-08-19 03:27:33] * Haywire darts through the entrance of the tavern, sliding to a stop. He takes a short moment to catch his breath, shaking. "We... they... Dusk, they are coming after Shade!"
  19. [2012-08-19 03:29:03] * Dusk_Beam spins around to face them both again. "They, are, WHAT?!" She jumps out of the chair, stumbling her way forward. "Who is?"
  20. [2012-08-19 03:30:05] * Shade grumbles and fidgets. Why are ponies so loud when she was having the most wonderful dream about her and Terminal?
  21. [2012-08-19 03:30:13] * Grand_Finale gasps for air as he flops on the floor of the bar dramatically, "Oh for peats sake, I have been trying to find that ouf myself since we left North Side. Hes being all vauge and mysterious.... Its actually pretty creepy".
  22. [2012-08-19 03:30:14] * Midnight_Rain picks up her Sniper Rifle and stares at it
  23. [2012-08-19 03:32:29] <AMARDA_GM> Terminal pulls Shade slightly closer to her. A voice inside of Shade's head whispers "Oh yeah, nice big alicorn to your shield, how lovely." It is faint and distant in her mind.
  24. [2012-08-19 03:33:37] * Shade blinks. That wasn't Termy...
  25. [2012-08-19 03:33:38] * Haywire stares at Dusk, the panic visible in his eyes. "Haven't I told you!? Black, they- they are the ones who killed him!"
  26. [2012-08-19 03:36:40] * Shade yawns and shrugs, burying her face back into Terminal's chest
  27. [2012-08-19 03:36:42] * Dusk_Beam shakes her head, in a atempt to take it all in. She sits down on the floor. "I.. I what is going on Haywire? They are.. I.. What?!" She looks at both the stallions, utterly confused.
  28. [2012-08-19 03:37:24] * Grand_Finale rolls over nd looks to dusk, gasping between lines as speeks, "Apparently some ghost in black from Haywires past are comeing back around and somehow this jives with something a Mad zeebra told me when she was interupting what promised to be a nice day"
  29. [2012-08-19 03:37:59] * Grand_Finale stands up and stretches, "Now Wire thinks we are fucked".

  31. [2012-08-19 03:40:37] * Dusk_Beam gawks and looks between the both of them. Not sure what to believe. "That.. That.." She sighs, "How.. do you know Haywire? Where are they comming from all of a sudden?"
  32. [2012-08-19 03:42:28] * Haywire holds his head, breathing faster. "They hunted us down! C-cap and I. The black armors... they are coming after Shade too!" He looks at Shade. "A zebra foretold it to Grand. We will have to protect the 'queen' from the 'enemy in black'."
  33. [2012-08-19 03:43:21] * Grand_Finale Grunts, "Becouse Zebras are weird, and that weirdness keeps getting between me and some sweet steamy sword-colts ass. Ill catch you up on details, well the few I know Dusk, just as soon as Haywire calms down and tells us more about 'them'".
  34. [2012-08-19 03:45:54] * Haywire stops looking down. "They came after us and... and... Aaaargh!!!" He slams his head on the floor.
  35. [2012-08-19 03:47:15] * Grand_Finale steps forward toward Haywire, "geez wire, get a hold of yourself. Your a scientist, stop panicing for a moment and focus!"
  36. [2012-08-19 03:47:16] * Shade winces at that and she's asleep
  37. [2012-08-19 03:47:35] * Dusk_Beam quickly gets up and trots over to Haywire. "H-hey, don't do that!.. Alright, from what I understand there are somepony in black comming to get us... So creamy colt.. flanks, will just have to wait. Now.. Pelase tell me, what is going on, really."
  38. [2012-08-19 03:50:28] * Haywire raises his head at Dusk, falling in desperation. "I can't remember. It's all a blur. Why can't I remember?! WHY?!!"
  39. [2012-08-19 03:51:20] * Haywire stares at Terminal. "YOU! What have you done?!"
  40. [2012-08-19 03:51:45] <AMARDA_GM> Terminal stirs at her name. <We have done nothing pony.>
  41. [2012-08-19 03:52:44] * Haywire stares at her, full of anger, but unable to hear her replies.
  42. [2012-08-19 03:53:52] * Shade fidgets and sighs, poking her head out from under Terminal's wing

  44. [2012-08-19 03:55:24] * Grand_Finale nods, "She claims to have done nothing"

  46. [2012-08-19 03:56:38] * Dusk_Beam "You.." She jumps at Terminals words. "You.. can't hear her? No matter.. If.. if we have somepony after shade, we need to.. Do, somethign!"

  48. [2012-08-19 03:56:47] * Grand_Finale smirks, "Now she is upset becouse your ignoring her". Grand adds hair hoof quoteation marks on 'ignoring'.

  50. [2012-08-19 03:57:28] <Shade> "...Terminal has done nothing, Haywire, and you will stop accusing her of every bad thing that happens to you, or I will glue your mouth shut."
  51. [2012-08-19 03:57:36] <AMARDA_GM> Terminal looks at the other ponies. <We can not hear any thoughts from him, why?>
  52. [2012-08-19 03:58:44] * Midnight_Rain lays back onto the roof still staring at her Sniper Rifle
  53. [2012-08-19 03:58:59] * Grand_Finale looks at Shade, tilting his head as he looks her over. "Now shes curious why she cant hear whats in your head... hey, Is Shade taller? That part of the Mega Spell you were talking about Wire?"
  54. [2012-08-19 03:59:34] * Shade jerks her head back under Terminal's wing

  56. [2012-08-19 04:02:26] * Dusk_Beam just stands there, trying to take it all in again. Today had been a confusing one..
  57. [2012-08-19 04:02:41] * Haywire facehooves. "This is no time for bickering! You are in terrible danger and I can't even remember the nature of the threat. This is the WORST. POSSIBLE. THING!"
  58. [2012-08-19 04:03:16] * Grand_Finale wonders silently to himself in his head yet again why Wire told him about the device in his collar that blocked Terminals abilites when she could just read his mind and find out that way.
  59. [2012-08-19 04:04:15] * Shade pipes up from under Terminal's wing "You're the one that caused the bickering, Wire. So quit yer bitchin'"
  60. [2012-08-19 04:04:28] * Grand_Finale looks around at everypony, "Ok, so we are obviously all confused but the general concencious is that we are all in danger.... so wat do we do?"
  61. [2012-08-19 04:08:24] * Haywire mutters to himself. "...they are coming... they must know where the changeling artifact was, but it is disabled now. They will look for us... can they track Shade herself? We need to move. We need to leave Hoof Rot!"
  62. [2012-08-19 04:08:44] * Dusk_Beam shakes her head. "Hole here.. Run.. Or, fight.. Thats what we can do, right?" She says, looking between the rest of them.
  63. [2012-08-19 04:08:56] <Shade> "How convenient. We seem to have a compound outside of Hoof rot, don't we?"
  64. [2012-08-19 04:09:46] * Grand_Finale holds up a hoof, "Wait... I remember this part, from what the zebra said. If I remember it right Running is certain doom. Besides, where would we go? Also-",Grand looks around, "Were the hay is Rain?"
  65. [2012-08-19 04:11:03] * Haywire runs back to the changeling artifact, trying to identify any tracking mechanism.
  66. [2012-08-19 04:11:50] * Grand_Finale flops his plot down, rubbing his temples as he tries to remember the exact phrasing of the warning. "How did it go, how did it go?"
  67. [2012-08-19 04:12:52] * Dusk_Beam "Rain? Oh! Just .. give me a second." She fumbles with her communicator. {Rain, you there?}
  68. [2012-08-19 04:15:13] * Midnight_Rain is still laying there looking at her Rifle when her Communicator sounds {Yes?}
  69. [2012-08-19 04:16:29] <AMARDA_GM> <There is a way to block our Communications?" Terminal all but yells at every pony present, and shade.
  70. [2012-08-19 04:17:09] * Dusk_Beam looks between the ponies in the tavern. {We.. have a situation, could you come back to the tavern, please.}
  71. [2012-08-19 04:17:18] * Shade covers her ears and fidgets "Don't yell, Terminal."
  72. [2012-08-19 04:18:05] * Dusk_Beam flinces as Terminal yell. "I.. I dont know!"
  73. [2012-08-19 04:18:24] * Midnight_Rain just lays there still looking at her rifle {Sounds like you guys have it covered.}
  74. [2012-08-19 04:18:38] <AMARDA_GM> Haywire finds what looks to be a transmitter, but it seems to have activated only in the last hour or so. It was definitely not active before.
  75. [2012-08-19 04:19:37] * Grand_Finale looks about, fakeing confusion, "Wire did what now?"
  76. [2012-08-19 04:20:47] * Dusk_Beam {Ah, we have someone chasing us Rainy.. Chasing Shade. We.. We could use your help.}
  77. [2012-08-19 04:20:51] <Haywire> "Oh, fuck!" He immediately tries to disable it.
  78. [2012-08-19 04:21:19] * Shade grumbles and curls back up. She really wants to go back to sleep
  79. [2012-08-19 04:22:09] * Midnight_Rain just looks into her rifle while still talking {Well in the case i'll see them first.}
  80. [2012-08-19 04:23:38] <AMARDA_GM> Haywire fumbles around but eventually turns it off, but as he does he gets a rather nasty shock and is sent flying.
  81. [2012-08-19 04:26:10] <Dusk_Beam> {Oh.. Okay.} She looks worried, putting the communicator back down, jerking over to Haywire. "Haywire, are you okay?!"
  82. [2012-08-19 04:26:42] * Grand_Finale sweats, to nervious to think about anything important as his thoughts were apparently being monitored. To change topics Grand calls out to wire, "Ya, hows it look Wire, we all going to grow another couple of inches?"
  83. [2012-08-19 04:27:23] * Haywire gets up, with his coat smoking but a smile in his face. "I got you!" He stands back on his hooves, dusting his coat. "They had a tracker, but it's disabled now."
  84. [2012-08-19 04:28:01] * Haywire stares at Shade, worried. "But they know we are here."
  85. [2012-08-19 04:28:30] * Shade the only visible portion of Shade is her tail poking out from under Terminal's wing.
  86. [2012-08-19 04:28:47] * Grand_Finale opens his eyes in suprise, troting over to Wire. "A tracker? Whats the range on its transmiter, maybe we have time..."
  87. [2012-08-19 04:28:54] * Midnight_Rain sits up and looks around with her Sniper Rifle
  88. [2012-08-19 04:30:52] * Dusk_Beam fidgets. "So, what.. What do we do?"
  89. [2012-08-19 04:31:40] * Haywire scratches his chin. "The range seems to be rather large."

  93. [2012-08-19 04:34:13] * Grand_Finale shrugs, "I think its a good thing, means they are probably far away. Gives us time to plan, to think out our next move"

  95. [2012-08-19 04:36:20] * Grand_Finale repeats what Shade had said, "turn it back on...". Grand scratches his chin for a moment then suddenly his face lights up. "OH MY PONY, I have the best Idea ever!"
  96. [2012-08-19 04:36:49] <Haywire> "I can. It doesn't mean they won't come after us anyway. We made our presence well known around here."
  97. [2012-08-19 04:37:10] * Midnight_Rain is just looking at the clouds anything that attacks them isn't her problem it's theirs
  98. [2012-08-19 04:37:14] <Shade> "River'll take it one way, we head the other."
  99. [2012-08-19 04:37:26] <AMARDA_GM> Terminal is meanwhile now looking confused, like something was wrong with her
  100. [2012-08-19 04:38:19] * Grand_Finale shakes his head, "No, running isnt the answer. But if we want to live we need to know what we are faceing... So why dont we set up a suprise before turning it back on, say maybe at a remote outpost far from civilization?"
  101. [2012-08-19 04:39:21] * Grand_Finale grins, folding his hooves across his chest, "Maybe make some party favors, the kind that go boom? We could stand back and watch from afar as our problems go sky high. Then we move in and dig what we can out of the rubble!"

  112. [2012-08-19 04:49:27] <Shade> "Yea, but It'll look like a fat buck wearin' a outfit to small fer 'im, probably."
  113. [2012-08-19 04:50:08] <Haywire> "That is rather ingenious, but I was thinking about decoys and cameras. We need to make sure they do] believe we are there and that we take as many of them as we can." He imagines the destruction with some sadistic glee. "And there is no need to risk ourselves personally harvesting the remains, our friend can do this." He taps on the broken robot's shell.
  114. [2012-08-19 04:52:00] * Grand_Finale nods, "Sounds like a nice touch to me But Dusk is right, we need to move now. I suggest we plit up into two teams. One stays here and makes the explosves and other gear while the other moves Shade to our outpost and makes preperatons"
  115. [2012-08-19 04:53:05] * Grand_Finale "Most important we are going to need a detoanator from you wire, Im thinking one with at least 400 yard range, and a hidden base camp to go with it outside the compound".

  117. [2012-08-19 04:53:40] * Shade grumbles "Alway get left outta tha fun. Shade'll probably try'n put me back in tha cage. Fuckin' mental barriers. I live in this body too!'
  118. [2012-08-19 04:54:30] * Grand_Finale nods, "I agree, You and Rain should take Shade... and maybe some booze to pass the time. Me and Wire can stay here and prepare our presents for hoever the hoof it is that is gunning for us"

  122. [2012-08-19 04:55:33] * Grand_Finale turns to wire, "Also... I know you wont like this, or shade for that matter but I think Termal should stay with us. If the ponies come looking for us hear she could give us advance warning or maybe even pull secrets from their heads"

  124. [2012-08-19 04:56:12] * Grand_Finale "I think its our best play"
  125. [2012-08-19 04:56:41] <AMARDA_GM> Terminal is not listening, her expression vacant.
  126. [2012-08-19 04:56:45] <Shade> "Yer gonna use muh oldest'n closest friend fer some harebrained scheme while I'm s'posed to go knock back a few shots in 'comfort'?"

  130. [2012-08-19 05:00:14] * Grand_Finale "The worst part is that after we leave this bar we will have to stay in complete radio silence till the day of the trap. If they have trackers they definately have radios and whatever we say they can here. When me, wire, and terminal show up with the toys we will call but not before then.

  135. [2012-08-19 05:03:48] * Grand_Finale nods, "See? But if you want Terminal to go then we need one of you two to stay, you or Rain. We need some sort of eye in the sky".

  137. [2012-08-19 05:05:09] * Grand_Finale looks up at the cealing, emagining the sniper beyond it on the roof before looking down. "Deal... so do you know what you lot have to do? clear the base and set up a hidden came 400 yards out/"

  139. [2012-08-19 05:05:53] <Haywire> "We need a place to gather afterwards..."
  140. [2012-08-19 05:06:27] <Shade> "How're y'all gonna get down there? We need some kind o' transportation fer y'all."
  141. [2012-08-19 05:06:55] <Dusk_Beam> "Clear the base, make a outpost. Yes sir." She says with a smirk.
  142. [2012-08-19 05:08:24] * Grand_Finale salutes to Dusk, "Good girl", then turns, "Yes, we will nead a boat. I know we have other options with a flyer but we dont want to bring attention to ourselves"
  143. [2012-08-19 05:08:51] * Grand_Finale smirks, "At least not till our party favors go off..."
  144. [2012-08-19 05:08:53] * Haywire pulls a map out of his saddlebags, the repairpony twins map. "What about we meet here afterwards?"
  145. [2012-08-19 05:09:43] * Dusk_Beam eyes the map curiously. "The.. Place your, friends, wanted us to go?"
  146. [2012-08-19 05:10:01] * Grand_Finale looks over Wires shoulders, "And where exactly is here and why should we head there?"
  147. [2012-08-19 05:10:28] * Grand_Finale turns to wire, "Wait... not the radioactve place you wanted to rush off to!"
  148. [2012-08-19 05:11:37] * Haywire nods. "It's a remote location we have a clear way of reaching and there are only two other ponies in this town other than us that know about it."
  149. [2012-08-19 05:12:14] * Grand_Finale rolls his eyes, "And after we grow a hoof from our forheads no pony will recognize us!"

  151. [2012-08-19 05:13:05] <Haywire> "I expect it won't be entirely filled with radiation, but we could also set up camp on it's surroundings. The point is, we need to define a clear location to gather, instead of moving randomly."
  152. [2012-08-19 05:13:32] * Dusk_Beam fidgets. "If.. Haywire give me his enviermental suit and I go with Shade and Terminal we should be alright.. I think. Could just meet up with the rest of you later outside the radiactive area. We have the communicators after all. Besides I dont think whatever is following us would go to such a place.. Right?"

  154. [2012-08-19 05:15:32] <Haywire> "That is not a problem, Dusk. And if we are going to shut communications down, where do you suggest we go? Because if the last of our communications is the location we go off to, we will be blowing up our cover."

  156. [2012-08-19 05:15:42] * Midnight_Rain lays there watching the clouds her eyes drifting from cloud to cloud awake to sleep
  157. [2012-08-19 05:17:10] * Grand_Finale sighs exasperated, Fine, But you better belive that I am going to be buying myself a resperator before stepping hoof near that radiation!"
  158. [2012-08-19 05:18:41] <Haywire> "...you should get Rad-X and Rad-Away. Preferably an environmental suit as well. A respirator won't protect you."
  159. [2012-08-19 05:19:52] * Haywire goes up to his robot and starts opening it up for the modifications.
