Why should we overturn your ban:  I was banned today because Colten is reinforcing my perm ban from one year ago. Around 1 year ago in Erie County I glitched into a house and then was banned permanently for reaching 30 WP. Since that ban I have changed and would definitely not repeat the same actions. 2 Weeks ago I received a message from a friend that A3L has unbanned everyone who was banned, and that I should re apply to play with him. I did what he said but applied under a new name to avoid any salt from people I may have had issues with last year(Cartel vs All Gangs). I had no intention of hiding the fact that I am Navi Mendez. Many people recognized me, even staff members. They seemed happy that I was back even if they did not like me a year ago. Whenever someone asked if I was Navi I would tell the truth and say I was. I believed that with my new attitude and behaviour that I could finally fit in much better into this community. I have seen many people here ingame that were banned permanently previously and they are still using the same name. After seeing that it furthered my belief that everyone was unbanned and were being given a new chance in the community. Unfortunately I found out today that I was wrong, since I was banned for being previously banned.  I have seen people who were previously banned playing here under new names while staff knows. I am just confused as to why I am being banned for previous reasons while others such as Edward Kensington aka Apollo was allowed to stay when staff knew he was permed much more recently than me.  I have also seen  MANY people who were banned for reasons much worse than mine who are back with the same names.
