  1. I'm sorry I have to do this over facebook, rather than speak to you face to face, however I didnt get a chance to catch you on your own yesterday. With regard to what happened yesterday at the shoot, I spoke to Matt and I spoke to yourself with regard to what happened after seeing you shoot him in the back with an upgraded sniper rifle from about four meters away, both your's and his versions of events matched exactly in every detail. As a committee member, although we do not a rank system in the club, it is expected that you take a little more responsibility for your actions and potentially that of those players around you in an honourable and dignified manner. After all the club members look to committee members for direction and leadership as they generally have more experience in the sport. With regard to this your actions yesterday where wholly inappropriate ad well below par of what I expect for any member of the airsoft club, let alone a committee member. If you had been a club member yesterday I would have openly challenged what the hell you thought you where doing, as a fellow committee member I did not take this approach as I felt embarrassing and humiliating you in front of the club was not suitable. When using hot weapons it is again expected that the person using the weapon abides by the safety rules put in place for the safety of all players and have the integrity and responsibility superior to that of even the most honourable non-hot weapon user, to enable us to trust their use of dangerous items. It is for these reasons that I am warning you, if anything like this happens again, I will call a committee meeting to hold a vote of no confidence in yourself to retain your position on the club committee as you can not be trusted to use hot weapons safely and you can not be trusted to solve issues in a responsible adult matter or speak to a marshal, instead you take matters into your own hands and shoot a man in the back well within the safe limits of your weapon. At the end of the day everyone is there to have fun. In this instance Matt made a responsible decision to bang kill you rather than pull the trigger and open fire upon you at close range. God only knows what aggressive action you would have taken if he had opened fire. As I said be your actions where wholly inappropriate and along way below that of which I would expect a committee member to behave. With respect to this, I do not want to have to speak to you in this manner again. I expect you to apologise to Matt if you have not done so already and it is still under consideration weather to allow you to continue to use hot weapons or not with the club. It is a sad day when I have to send a message such as this to a fellow committee member about their conduct.

  3. I completely agree that i was not thinking and i do apologise for my actions, and will not happen again. I did apologise to matt on the day, bur i will get some time alone with him if i see him at another social and apologise further for my actions.
  4. Did aim for his lower legs in the shot which is where i believe it hit. But that doesn't justify what i did.

  6. I dont feel I would have gone any further than I had most certainly would never get violent with another player, i do apologise sincerely, and i completely agree with everything you have put forward
