  1. 1/2 cup oil
  2. 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  3. 1 cup sugar
  4. 2 eggs
  5. 3 ripe bananas, smashed with 2 tsp baking soda
  6. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  7. 1/2 tsp salt
  8. 1 1/2 cup flour
  9. 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  10. 2-3 tablespoon lemon juice (it helps brighten the flavor, trust me)
  11. 1 cup semi sweet style chocolate chips
  12. Blend together the oil, sugar, bananas, lemon juice and eggs
  13. Mix together the rest of the dry ingredients except for the chocolate chips. Mix everything and then fold in the chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clear.
