- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 ripe bananas, smashed with 2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 2-3 tablespoon lemon juice (it helps brighten the flavor, trust me)
- 1 cup semi sweet style chocolate chips
- Blend together the oil, sugar, bananas, lemon juice and eggs
- Mix together the rest of the dry ingredients except for the chocolate chips. Mix everything and then fold in the chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clear.
