  1. 1) Obviously, create your text. I usually center it for the first frame. Make sure that the frame of your centered text is about 1 second long.
  2.
  3.
  4. 2) Making sure you've changed the time back to 0.01-.1 seconds for each new frame (no delay doesn't actually have no delay), move the text 10-30px until it reaches the end (to move something 10px at a time, click shift and then the corresponding arrow key).
  5.
  6.
  7. 3) Once it reaches the end, add a frame of nothingness (make this about .5 seconds long) and then for the next few frames, start from the other side.
  8.
  9.
  10. 4) Eventually, you'll reach somewhere that's generally in the middle. To keep the gif clean, delete the last frame (where it's very close to the middle). This way, it'll just automatically go back to that first frame (which is in the middle) and start again.
