  4. On July 25, 2016 Rebecca and I were tasked with counting inventory before closing. We decided that Rebecca would count the inventory and clean the major things such as the fryer drawers, the slush puppy trays, & the hot dog roller. I was to count my cash and then clean the counters, put things away, and sweep and mop while simultaneously assisting her with inventory if necessary.

  7. We ran into a few problems with the inventory that caused the job to take a little longer than it normally should have and we finished it around 7:20. After Rebecca finished the inventory she helped me with a few things I was supposed to do and then left shortly after 9:30.

  10. Everything you listed was something I assured Rebecca that I would do, and the only explanation that I can give for why it wasn't completed is because of negligence on my part.
