Hey guys welcome back to Jailbreak Heaven's Top 5 Cydia Tweaks of the Week.

Our first tweak is called 'MiniBanners'.
MiniBanners revolutionises the notification center's banner function, by completely
changing it's design, and in my opinion it looks great. I will show you an example now.
As I receive an email, you will notice that the banner has moved position,
the colour scheme has changed as well as it's overall design. You simply tap the
banner to open it, like before. The creator of this tweak has also just released
MiniBanners Pro which allows you to change the banners position, colour scheme
and adds extra functionality such as the abilty to reveal what is contained in
the notification by holding the banner.
MiniBanners is free in the ModMyi repo.

Our second tweak is called 'BattSaver'.
BattSaver obviously saves battery, and claims to save up to twice as much. It simply
automatically switches off functions which you are currently not using, such as
internet data when using WiFi. BattSaver also produces graphs showing data
about your current battery, and the display can be tweaked using the settings here.
The tweak can also show you your last battery state, containing lots of information
such as the amount of time remaining until you battery runs out and it's temperature.
In the settings, you can change the strategy. There are pre-built ones to choose from
consisting of normal, aggresive and ultimate as well as the option to create your
own custom one. I will show you some of the custom settings. Turning off radios
such as WiFi and data when the device isn't being used.
Battsaver is $2.99 and available in the BigBoss repo.

Thirdly, we have 'DownloadMove'.
This tweak edits the download bar which appears when downloading an app from the
appstore. In the settings file you can change the position of the download bar
as well as adding a percentae to it. I shall go to the AppStore and choose to
download the Heist. As you can see the bar has moved to the middle of the app
which is a very nice feature and there is also a download percentage.
DownloadMove is another free tweak from the BigBoss repo.


Next up is 'ExPDF'
ExPDF allows you to export your notes files as a PDF document, which you can then
open in iFile or even email it to yourself. For example, here is a notes file I
made earlier to test this tweak. I simply type what I want to appear in my PDF
file, click the share button, select convert to PDF and then I have the option to open
it in an app or email to someone. As you can see when I emailed it to myself,
the PDF file is attaced in the email, and I can open this no problem and you can easily
read the document as a PDF. There is also a settings area available, where you can
change the font, ranging from arial to time new roman. You can also change
the font colour, font size using selected ranges or a slider. There is the options to
add page numbers, a page border and a border colour selecter. Passwords can also
be added to protect the document.

Finally, we have 'NickName'
Nickname simply allows you to add a nickname to your phonebook contacts. This
effectively acts as a caller ID and will appear when they ring you and text you, etc.
I find this useful as I can have peoples' full names in my address book for
professionalism and it also allows me to easily sync their photos via Facebook
but also allows me to add a personal touch. For example, here I have jailbreak heaven
I click edit and add a field, select nickname and give them their nickname. Then,
when they phone me, you will notice that their nickname now appears at the top of the phone
instead of their full name.
Nickname is only 99 cents in the BigBoss repo.
