we will arrive at your hotel on Sep 6th at 6 a.m. We hope that it will be possible to move into our room or at least use the hotel facilities before normal check-in time, as we will surely be very exhausted from our long flight. Also, we would really appreciate it if you could give us a room on an upper floor.
