Enigma Place

Hello, and welcome to my memo. I'll run you through the rules first off. Rules may end up being added or discarded all depending on PUBLIC opinion. I'm not a tyrant, I'm a very chill and easy going guy. I'll let others have discussions about rule changes, you may express any and all opinions. Mods are people just like you, everyone is equal here, nobody will get any form of special privilege, mainly because I'll treat you all as nicely as I can, the rules apply to everyone. Now then.

RULES:
1. No discrimination of ANY KIND. IE: Making racial, homophobic, or any other kind of remark that could be considered offensive to a race, belief, or "type" of people.

2. Absolutely no NSFW. This memo is for all ages, the most that would be allowed is kissing (as long as it isn't overdone.) Nudity can be permitted in the memo under certain conditions (Please ask me, whiteDynamite in a PM before doing so, or I will PM you myself if you ignore this rule.) Touching also must be kept to a minimum.

3. Extremely Strong OCs (Please read down below under Standards) ARE allowed, yet there must be a somewhat possible way for their strength, durability, speed, or any of that to be possible, if it were to be somewhat massive.

4. No overly offensive/edgy OC's. If your OC is offensive, annoying, or disruptive enough to make someone OOCly annoyed or upset, we will ask you to tone it down, and we will define what we mean by that, it will depend on what's happening. "It's just RP! RP shouldn't upset anyone!!!" If you think like this, obviously you are quite new to Social Standards, Opinions, Points of View, and any other characteristics a person would have, because not everyone is going to accept your OC being a piece of shit in general and acting like a total asshole. We just won't have it. A worse offense is if said OC is extremely powerful.

5. Do /NOT/ lie. We do not accept OOC liars here, if something happens in the memo, or someone does something to you, you better be god damn honest about it to us and provide proof of said problem. If nothing can be provided at the moment, but can be presented later, then that is fine. But if you have FLAT OUT, ZERO EVIDENCE, then you will receive a one day ban. This ban time doubles everytime you tell a lie to try and get someone in serious trouble. This is mainly for OOC type of convos, such as lying about someone harassing you OOCly, or lying about if someone had done something against the rules.

6. EVERYONE is equal here, and EVERYONE has equal say. If people don't like things, why would we ignore them and make them suffer? We're nice here, the last thing I want is for any of you to be uncomfortable in this memo. I'm always available for conversations if you have a complaint, the mods too will listen, but in the end it all comes back to me. But please, don't be mean to anyone here, or do anything you know would piss someone off, or we'll have some problems! Sometimes Public Vote may be taken to ban a high offender. Reasons must be well backed up on why you'd want someone banned.

7. NO OOC RUDENESS, PLEASE. I love civil arguments in OOC, but please, do not get overly aggressive about something without good reason, and do not go as far to either gang up on one person OOCly with others, or get into things that aren't your business. Instigators will be kicked extremely fast. Do not insult someone on a personal level based on said person's character. This is RP, someones OC does not define them as a person, so don't think that way.

8. DO NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF KINDNESS: By this, I mean finding loopholes in the rules to try and waltz your way around Admin, Mod, and Public decisions or rules. The rules are here to keep the peace.

THE NUTSHELL OF THE RULES:  This is a nice and relaxed memo, therefore you should be nice to everyone here equally. Think of how you, or your OC treat people, then think of what you would do in that situation. Anyone who comes in here that is extremely rude, will be kept out of the memo. I will not have my memo get a bad name like memos who came before had earned because of people.

THE LAYOUT:
The inside of the place is very calm feeling, resembling the inside of a very wealthy person's home. There is the main room, which is 500ft in Length, 500ft in width, and the ceiling is around 250ft high. There are balconies, the kind you would see in theaters. There are two staircases, each one leads to one of the balconies. There is also a kitchen. In the kitchen, by reaching into something, you will be presented with whatever food you wanted the most at the moment, or the food you needed for cooking, or anything of the sort. To put it simply, it has anything and everything. Many comfortable couches, chairs, anything you could want to lay down or sit down on, would be provided in the large space. When viewed from outside however, the place itself reaches the /CLOUDS/, splitting the sky on cloudy days. Allowing for there to always be sunlight. The place is made out of a complex, and dense material. It'd resemble sanded wood, however the material itself cannot be broken or damage in the SLIGHTEST. The number of rooms are infinite, and you cannot access anyone's room without the owner of the room taking you there, or if they had allowed you to enter without them being there. There is a basement as well, more of a lounge-type area, this is where more quiet and relaxed conversation would happen, or to go here to get away from drama or upstairs problems. As for room types? Any type of room may exist, gamerooms, pool rooms, just say it and it's there. How does any of this work? Well, that's why it's called The Enigma Place. Nobody can comprehend how anything here works, but that's the fun of it all. Maybe some will look into it on a deeper scale..?

THE STANDARDS:
Extremely Power OCs are allowed, and may be from any fandom. HOWEVER. They cannot be overly edgy or disruptive. Their attitude MUST no be shitty, they have to be likable by others, mainly because if you make an extremely strong OC who's nearly unbeatable by most people, then having them be a piece of shit just causes SERIOUS problems and discomfort for other people. The public, or the mods, or mainly me will determine what is acceptable, and what isn't.

Powers must make sense somehow, either by your fandom's canon logic, or by scientific explanation. If powers are just absolutely ridiculous or undodgeable, a mod or I will question you in the OOC memo or through PM.

IF you're an asshole, we can't have you here. Simple as that. Learn to socialize properly, learn to be nice, and learn to be acceptable. Our standards are very low, and if you somehow OOCly find a way to be below that line, then you don't need to be here yet. This is a rule/standard that shouldn't ever have to be brought up.
