Taking Flight- Meeting the Wonderbolts

>Day 1 in Equestria, you find yourself in a beautiful city, they call it Canterlot, it is an enormous city on the side of a mountain, kinda similar to Rivendell from Lord Of the Rings.

>You begin to walk around the city. It's been a few hours since you have spoken to Celelstia.
>It was odd but it seemed like she expected you.
>Nah, you're just paranoid.
>The Princess insisted that you catch a WonderBolts show,Whatever that is...
>You make your way to the stadium. Ponies are just staring you down, their eyes are like daggers.
>If Celestia didn’t give that speech, you don’t even want to think about it.
>Wow, these roads are literally glowing. You have never seen such beauty before. You could just-
“Umf, oops I’m so sorry.”
>You run into a  large p0ny. He is pretty intimidating  looking, but his voice is... well you have to say it's funny sounding, almost like a mouse.
> “No I am sorry for running into your filth, monkey!”
>You cannot take his squeaky voice seriously.
>You laugh under your breath, and of coarse the p0ny notices.
>Fuck you have some shitty luck.
>The large p0ny gets in your face, “Whats so funny? I like to laugh too!”
>You look away from the p0ny.
>This might get bad.
>The p0ny shoves you, yep you were right.
> “Answer me whats so funny!”
>You let out a sigh.
>You were expecting this, so let's have fun with it.
“Well Micky its just you-” The p0ny clocks you in the jaw.
>Well didn't see that coming.
> “I don’t know what a Micky is but I'm guessing it's an insult.”
>You smile, there is always that one guy.
>The p0ny raises his hoof again.
“Violence isn't always the answer big guy.”
>The p0ny has fire in his eyes, well here we go, you can take a hit.
> “Whoa, whoa, whoa, big boy, didn't you hear the princess? Leave this guy alone.”
>There, standing before you is an orange p0ny. She's radiant, her mane like fire.
>Damn this p0ny is, well the shit.
>The large p0ny cowers.
> “Sorry Spitefire its just that this monkey-”
> “I think you should just go, you're embarrassing yourself.”
>The p0ny hangs his head in shame, and walks off into the distance.
“Umm, wow thanks for the help Spitfire.”
> “Hey don’t mention it, you would probably do the same for me.”
>You know for a fact that you would have not have done the same thing for her.
>You usually don’t help random people, or p0nies in your case.
“Heh yeah. Thanks again though that was a pretty cool thing to do.”
> “Not a problem. Umm I didn't catch your name?”
>Because you didn't tell her your name.
“My name, well its Anon.”
> “Never heard a name like that before, well it's nice to meet you Anon, and I'm Spitfire.”
>She lends a hoof out to you.
>You shake it.
>Spitfire gives you a funny look.
“Yeah I caught that. Umm were you that guys friend or something?”
> Spitfire giggles, “No just some random guy. Never meet him before.
>You are a bit confused now.
“How did he know your name then?”
> “Oh well I am part of this little group called the WonderBolts, we are kinda known throughout Equestria.
>So this is one of the famous Daredevils of Equestria, she is pretty down to earth compared to celebrities back on earth.
“Hey I was just heading to the stadium to watch one of your shows.”
> “I know the Princess sent me here to umm well guide you.”
>She means babysit.
“Oh okay cool.”
>The two of you stand there awkwardly for a moment.
> “Well what are we standing around for lets go.”
>The two of you make your way to the stadium.
>While walking towards the stadium you cant help but to stare at spitfire.
>She gives off this bright aura.
>She notices the staring.
>She smiles.
>You don’t seem to notice that she notices.
>WUT
>You look away.
>WTF mate.
>Now all you see is p0nies looking at you with shock instead of disgust.
>And every minute somp0ny yells at Spitefire, either saying they love her, or that she is the best.
>And she just smiles,  this fame does not get to her head.
>Cant say the same about yourself.
>The two of you arrive to the stadium.
>It looks like an old Roman Colosseum, mixed with a football stadium.
> “Pretty cool huh Anon.”
“Yea it is, kinda reminds me of home.”
>Home holy shit.
>It hits you. You might never see home again, never see another human again.
>This is heavy.
> “Are you okay Anon?”
>You nod your head.
“Yeah sorry its just this is all happening so quickly.”
> “Sorry Anon if you want to go lay down or something-”
“No, no it's okay I kinda want to see your show.”
>Spitfire smiles. “That’s the spirit Anon lets go.”
>The two of you walk into the stadium.
>You can hear cheers in the distance.
>Damn this place must be packed.
> “Come on Anon you will get the best seat in the house.”
>You put your hands behind your head.
“Sounds good Spitfire, and I cant thank you enough-”
>Spitfire places her hoofs upon your lips, “Hey like I said don’t mention it.”
>The two of you walk onto the grounds.
>Wow!
>There are p0nies everywhere.
>And all them were cheering for the WonderBolts.
>Must be nice to have so many fans.
>You see a p0ny walking out the of tunnel.
>The p0ny walks up to the podium.
>He speaks, well more like shouts.
> “Welcome everyp0ny, welcome. Now let me hear you scream!”
>The whole stadium vibrates with cheers.
>These p0nies must be good. Because you have never seen such an awesome crowd  before.
>Spitfire places a hoof on your leg. “Okay Anon take a seat here and enjoy the show.”
>Spitfire then dashes away into a tunnel.
>Wow. She is fast.
>You take your seat on the field. Waiting for the show to begin.
>The announcer speaks up again. “You love them, you want to be them, and here they come, THE WONDERBOLTS!”
>Then just like that a flash comes from the tunnel.
>12 p0nies are now soaring through the sky.
>They are pulling off some crazy stunts.
>They are doing flips,twist, and some shit you have never seen before.
>A few of the p0nies seem to have... Thunder storms or lighting following them.
>Spitfire was one of those p0nies.
>It is a pretty awesome sight.
> “Wow folks Spitfire is on a roll today, I have never seen her pull off such amazing moves!”
>Spitfire is puling off some crazy shit.
>It's amazing.
>It looks like Spitfire is planning something.
>She gives you a mischievous grin then just like that- WO
>Spitfire manifest a tornado of fire.
>She just kept on spinning and spinning, then BAM tornado.
>You are in complete awe now.
>Even some of the other Wonderbolts are amazed.
>The other p0nies continue their performance.
>But you cant stop watching Spitfire.
>She was like a one man show.
>The other p0nies were just accessories to her extraordinary performance.
>The show goes on for about another 30 minutes.
> The announcer gives the crowd the bad news. “Wow! That was a great show, but sadly it ends here folks.”
>The crowed gives off a little boo.
> “Hey, don’t be upset. It was a great show right?!”
>The crowd cheers again.
>Not a very tough crowed.
>The fans begin to leave the stadium.
>Most of them with sad faces.
>As the crowd leaves you notice the 12 p0nies make their decent.
>Once they make their landing they all huddle up in a circle.
>They begin to talk to each other in hush voices.
>Most likely about you. Of coarse they are talking about you dip shit.
>Some of the p0nies look back at you.
>A couple of them give you some funny looks.
>Spitfire is arguing with a couple of them now.
>You can barely make out what Spitfire is saying.
>The only thing that you could make out was something about taking you in. Whatever that means?
>A few minutes later they stop.
>They all nod their heads, and break up the circle.
>The 12 p0nies walk up to you.
>The 12 p0nies stare at you for a moment then the silence is broken.
>Spitfire is the first to speak.
> “Well Anon we have all come to an agreement.”
>You give Spitfire a funny look.
“Agreement about what?”
>The 12 p0nies all nod.
>Okay what the fuck is up!?
> “We have all agreed that you are cool.”
>You fall on the ground.
>You waited all that time for them to decide that you are cool?!
>Ugh this place is going to fun.
> “And we also decided who is going to take you into their home.”
>You stand back up and look at all of the p0nies.
>One of them is going to take your sorry ass in. Wow! Maybe they didn't waste your time.
>Spitfire points to a blue p0ny. “Soarin here has agreed, so you shall live with him for now.”
>You have a twinkle in your eyes.
“Umm wow. thank you.”
>Soarin gives you a nod.
> Spitfire clears her throat. “Okay now that this is settled. I would like to introduce everyp0ny. If you don’t mind?”
>You look around for a moment.
>You could probably guess all of these p0nies names.
>You stop daydreaming, and look back at Spitfire.
“Sure. Well let me introduce myself first.”
>You look around at the 12 p0nies again.
“Well my name is Anon, and it's a pleasure to meet you all.”
>Nice you formal ass.
>The 12 p0nies smile. Then all speak up at once. “HI ANON!”
>Whoa is this an AA meeting. Ehh doesn't matter.
>Spitfire speaks up again. “Okay let me go through the bunch now.”
>Spitfire walks down to the end of the line, and starts there.
> “Okay this is Soarin, you already knew that, this is Blaze, Fire Streak here, Fleetfoot, High Winds, Lightning streak, this is Misty, High Velocity, Rapidfire, Surprise, and Finally Wave Chill.”
>Fuck that was a mouthful. You will never remember all of those names.
“It's very nice to meet you all.”
>The p0nies smile.
>Ehh these p0onies probably hate you.
>And Spitfire is just forcing you upon them. You're a burden Anon.
>You close your eyes and look up at the sky.
>Why you Anon and why now?
>Spitfire places her hoof upon your hand.
> “Hey Anon are you doing alright?”
> Why is this p0ny being so nice to your sorry ass?
>You look down to Spitfire. Trying to give off a fake smile.
>It fails.
“I'm sorry Spitfire its just. Oh man. I don’t want to be a burden. I don't-”
>Spitfire stops you before you can ramble on anymore.
> “You aren’t a burden Anon. You are something great, I can just feel it. You are going to do great things here Anon. Plus I would just die if I heard an angry p0ny has done something to you on the streets, and that I could have prevented it. No not on my watch. So please come with us.”
>Wow this p0ny truly is amazing.
>You wrap your hand around Spitfire's hoof, and then kneel down.
>You look her in the eyes, and you begin to speak.
“Thank you so much Spitfire, I really cant thank you enough. I just meet you but you are already the best friend I have ever had. I promise that I will do something great, but not for myself, for you.”
>Spitfire is now glowing. She has an ear to ear smile.
> “Sounds great Anon. Now lets go get something to eat that show really worked me up, and I need to refuel.”
>You smile.
“Sounds great I haven’t eaten since I arrived here.”
>Most of the Wonderbolts leave, because well they probably don’t like you.
>Doesn’t matter you have Spitfire.
>Soarin stays with the two of you.
>He is actually a pretty cool guy.
>Soarin kinda gives off this “Surfer guy” feel.
>While making your way to the restaurant. Soarin takes it upon himself to give you a mini tour of the city.
 > “This here is the total steller bar, where me and my bros get super wasted. Its pretty awesome man”
>You laugh.
“Sounds pretty cool Soarin.”
>Soarin nods his head. “Yeah we should totally head there some time man.”
>Spitfire giggles. “Hey what about me fellas?”
> “Hey I wouldn’t forget about you Spitfire. That would be un cool man.”
>Spitfire gives off a playful smirk. “You know I'm only playing Soarin.”
>Soarin laughs. “No duh dude I known you for like forever. I can tell when you are kidding man.”
>The two p0nies laugh.
>Must be nice to have a great friendship like that.
>You had friends back home, but nothing like that.
>Most of your friends used you. Like you were just some tool.
>Maybe being here will mark a new begging for you?
>Or the end of you.
>Whatever the case may be. This is your new home now.
