.Computer Network - Collection of hosts connected by networking devices (PC, Servers, Printers, etc.)

.Centralized administration - One common place to regulate data

**Types of Networks**
.LAN - Local Area Network. Group of interconnected computers under one administrative control group that governs the security and access control policies that are in force on the network (of the same network)
.WLAN - Wireless Local Area Network - Group of wireless devices that connect to access points within a specified area (LAN, but wireless)
.WAN - Wide Area Network. Connections of multiple smaller networks such as LAN, that are in geographically separated locations.
