There are now chaotic elementals in Mexico, dragon broods in Nevada, druids in the Great Plains, dwarves in the Rocky Mountains, bored lich in Canada, and cruel wizards in Seattle. Several pantheons have arrived with popcorn to see what happens. Many deities love violence.

Dixie is an agrarian republic governed by a normal senate.
-The majority of this population is human and xenophobic.
-Their Senate sits in Atlanta.

New England is a mercantile kingdom governed by a lawful sovereign.
-Many large and prosperous ports forged a multicultural trade empire.
-Their sovereign sits in Boston.

Texas is a disputed territory governed by chaotic warlords.
-All types of humanoids contest this fragmented, naturally resourceful land.
-New Orleans is the most populous city-state.

Missouri is an environmental commune governed by druids.
-Most party leaders are exiled Canadian elves.
-Their politburo gathers in Wisconsin.

Oregon is an technocratic police state governed by evil wizards.
-Widely feared and chased from their eastern laboratories, these wizards will stop at nothing to overcome, harness, and control the powers of chaos.
-They seek to combat chaos, but only to supplement their own power.

California is a geologically unstable wasteland governed by chaotic evil dragons.
-Dragons were the central terror of the cataclysm, and have been brooding west of the Rocky Mountains ever since.
-Dragons shit up the place and spread chaos. Dragons don’t give a fuck.

Mexico is cosmically unstable cauldron.
-A large cosmic rip has exposed Mexico to the Elemental Plane of Fire.
-Blue Agave is nearly extinct.

Canada is the playground of liches.
-Their eternal civil war has destroyed this once friendly commonwealth.
-Smug paladins enter. None return.

Europe is a mystery to most in North America.
-Few merchants survive the chaotic North Atlantic voyage.
-Those who return report human slaves laboring beneath a tyrannically racist elven overlord, who may, or may not, have a small stylish mustache.
