A separate room blocked off from old members that "new players" will spawn in. We need 2 boards/places on either side of this newbie spawn point for a few rules and guidlies to be posted, and directly ahead a dropdown to the main spawn.

Custom terrain outside spawn for awesome pvp experince. Big trees, ravines, cliffs, lava pits, mountians, whirl pool, towers "absolutly no grass at all 1 high flowers and shrubs only".
2 potion boards right next to spawn drop down with 11 places for signs to buy potions on each board

A place for 2 enchantment tables. One that enchants at level 1 and one that enchants at level 30
2 portals for entrance to our pvp arena, and teleport to the shop. size does not matter
drop down for pvp 4 blocks high.

Other notes
We use gold pressure pads to navigate the server. they work as launch pads http://gyazo.com/02f3f4888ff39e47ed25b50325664674 all thats needed is the gold pressure pad for it to work.
Our server name is "mineage" we need the server name written fancy somehwere around spawn preferably in front of the central spawn point
we will be using this spawn for 3 different faction servers. ""Mineage Orignal"" Mineage Mcmmo And Mineage Hardcore. so when you make the sign that says "mineage" Keep in mind that we want 3 different sign names
