Judge Gunt: "Aquawave, why should I award your team wins against the duplex fights?"

Aquawave: "Duplex wasn't here to fight AOM, Simpleperson, or myself your honor.

Aquawave: "I messaged Duplex to ask him for a Kappa Cup fight sometime around midday April 12th asking for a time to battle. I never got a response back via PM. Our (nonexistant) conversation can be seen here: http://imgur.com/eNTzelg . Later that evening, Duplex joined tppleague.me. I was on at the time and asked him to battle. He told me that he didn't even know what this week's theme was and soon left without another word. I don't have proof of this, but if you ask Pokson, HazorEX, or MihiraTheTiger, they can all verify that Duplex was on and that I asked for a fight. Later that evening, at about 11:10 EST, Duplex joined the IRC. This was rather late for me, and I was going to turn in for the night soon. I asked him for a battle, and he said he needed 20 minutes to make a team. I had to leave to get to sleep a few minutes before he was done, and asked him if we could battle on the following day instead.

Judge Gunt: "Do you have poof?"

Aquawave: "Yes I do your honor:  I got no response before I had to leave. This conversation can be seen at https://tppleague.me/irc/2015-04-13T03:00 . As of 10:30 PM EST, Duplex has not shown up for our battle."

Judge Gunt: Duplex. How do you respond to these accusations?

Team Not Unidan: We agree that Skull's Angels should be awarded the two wins, but we should get the win against Simpleperson. Duplex asked him to fight and he refused.

Judge Gunt: Do you have proof?
