Issue with Qosmio X70-A-13C

1. Start computer, initialize W8, use W8, install graphical driver (update).
2. Shutdown, go to bios, change bios language (fr), change advanced settings: quick start, use Vx virtualisation (need screen for more details)
3. Start&Shutdown computer to check the time elapsed: 3sec start, ~2mn shutdown, ~90s sleep. (Rally quick start but really slow shutdown/sleep!)
4. Split the SSD in three parts: W7 with 100Go, W8 with 112Go, not attributed 13Go.
5. Tried to defrag the SSD using Defraggler but didn't because of a warning telling me that could limit the lifetime of the SSD. I decide at this moment to install W7 on the W7 partition then remove W8 and then create the two other partitions. Shutdown with update because of a miss click (-_-).
6. Waited 30mn for W8 updates.
7. *Bug: BIOS not reachable anymore using F2, I tried many keys but nothing happened.*
8. Use W8 BIOS module to load the bios (from OS) by reseting UEFI to factory state.
9. Use a CD of W7 and try to start on it, impossible. I didn't get the boot menu to select the device to start. Check internet and ok, it's because of the boot secure option.
10. Disable boot secure option. Restart.
11. Boot, press f8, got to boot menu, select cd. Run W7, try to install it on the W7 partition. Unable to do it because Hard drive in GPT. Shutdown to change the BIOS, again.
12. *Bug: Got the message +No bootable device -- insert boot disk and press any key +, tried to press all keys, with combo (fn+key, ctrl+key, etc.) but still the same answer. Unable to load bios, boot menu or whatever else...*
13. Talked with people. Found the solution to shutdown computer, press 0 (pav num) and run computer with 0 kept press. Auto start the CD rom.
14. Tried to install W7 on W7 partition, same problem with "Unable to do it because Hard drive in GPT".
15. Burn a cd of W8 (MSDNA account).
16. Boot on CD W8, tried to do:
  Refresh OS (*fail*: +Le lecteur où Windows est installé est verrouillé. Déverrouillez le lecteur puis réessayez.+ that means +The drive where Windows is installed is locked. Unlock and retry.+),
  reset (*fail*: +Impossible de réinitialiser votre PC. Une partition de lecteur requise est manquante.+ that means: +Unable to reset your PC. A required partition is missing+),
  auto recovery: No effect, "nothing to recover"
  Use backup: I don't have any backup or image...

18. Use Shell, run commands: *cd %windir%\system32\config* && *ren system system.001*.
19. Tried to Reset again, fail, same error. Idem with Refresh.
20. Use Shell, use diskpart to mount a primary partition on the second Hard Drive (1To, no SSD), ntfs, MBR, etc.
21. Tried to install W7 on the new partition but unable to do it with Windows error: 0x80300024.
22. Looking for solution, it's apparently because the SSD is connected to the computer and it can't install W7 on the second HD.
23. Load W8 again, shell, diskpart, tried to complitely remove the SSD partitions, but some are protected and I failed. The purpose was to change the Hard Drive type from GPT to MBR to be able to install W7 on it...
24. Lost my hope, 10 hours later I received this new computer.
25. Tried to find a way to get tutorial to disassemble the computer but found nothing and I know it's ALWAYS complicated and I don't want to loose the warranty...
26. Burn a Ubuntu 13.04 CD.
27. Try to install ubuntu, run it from disk, whatever, black screen each time. Another failure.
