Guild name is Awakening. We are Horde on Mug'thol and raid 3 days Tues/Wed/Thurs from 8:30pm - 12am EST so 10.5 hours / week
8/10 Mythic NH and we have cleared all content while relevant on that 10.5 hour schedule since we formed 4 years ago. We typically finish in the US 55-75 range, US 61 on Mythic Helya
Atmosphere is laid back with a lot of laughing and joking and memes. We definitely have fun together both inside and outside of raiding. Thick skin would be suggested

It definitely helps that we only raid 10.5 hours / week. People are able to get a decent break outside of raiding and stay a little more refreshed
I think it also helps a lot that we actually have fun together and generally enjoy each others' company
We also didn't require an alt this expansion and aren't doing split runs
i think those are probably the most important factors

That said, obviously we have lost people to burnout just like everyone. Luckily our members tend to try to get their friends to join because they like it here
And we continue to recruit and just do our best to soldier on
And not to take too much credit, but I work very hard on recruiting and the roster in general to make sure things are taken care of

Overall from what you tell me your guild seems like a very friendly place and from what I can hear of your VoiP on stream. Everyone seems to be laughing and having a great time.

Going from having nothing to do in WoD to ALWAYS having something to do was not a great answer
especially if you put in that time
and then get bad legendaries
not exactly rewarding

I can say so far though that the environment in your guild has been the best and one I believe I could meld into the easiest so far.
