That being said, your plot at the moment is about at 3/10 rating (sorry). Let's start off with terrain. Terrain should not be barren, meaning it needs grass, and custom flowers. The terrain itself is very rough and looks man-made. Also, your cliffs are made of grass, which is not how cliffs look in reality. Cliffs are made of stone, because grass does not grow on cliffs due to the angle and weathering. Also, your plot is mostly empty, it needs to have more buildings and trees.

At this time your plot is rejected. Just fix some of the issues and resubmit! Keep up the good work!
