We use trello to organize our tasks to do and our workforce; it's a really handy tool for workflow, organization, etc. Setting up an account is reccomended so that we can know what you're working on and you can update the status of your own projects.

We have three boards that we organize content into:

Bug Tracking: Largely we let Patches, Mamizou, Gensuihime and Remi Scarlet take care of this because they know how to make computers work; don't worry about it too much (though most of the discussion is relegated to our IRC).

Lots of work to do on this, since there have been large, systemic problems found with the translations we imported from Wikia (inaccuracies, partial translations, and ungrammatical/machine translations). We need people to do TRANSLATION (Preferrably people fluent in Japanese) and then also others (preferably those very fluent in English, though knowledge of Japanese is always a plus) to do GRAMMAR CHECKING to make sure everything reads well.
-We still have most of the ship's lines to translate; we made good progress in the first few weeks, but as our translators got busy with other things, this has slowed. We also are importing the trivia from wikiwiki, as often the Wikia trivia pages were... off-topic or not firmly established as canon. We have two sections, in-game trivia and real life trivia. This can also always use improving, if either party feels an addition would be useful.
-The description of every piece of equipment also needs to be translated. I have not yet populated the board with cards, but
-All the seasonal lines need to be looked over again (save for the most recent entries, E.G. Anniversary and onwards).
-Numerous event pages have lines and descriptions that could use translation.
-I'm sure other miscellaneous jobs exist that have not yet been documented, but will in the future be put up on the Trello.

Content Creation & Grammar Checks:
-Yukikaze and Wsewolod have been overhauling our Combat Mechanics page; please consult them for how to merge over game mechanics material.
-The same pair are also looking over Akashi's Improvement Arsenal; see if there is any content that they should add to it.
-I (Acecipher) am generally organizing a large revision of the Media page (for the manga, anime, supplementary materials, etc).
-We have various improvements that need to be made to the world maps, including porting over everything into modules.
-We also have several list pages that need to be checked over.
-I am also working on researching WWII history to begin a writeup.
-Mostly every page with text can always use a good once-over with grammar checking and wiki formatting, including pages marked as lists.
