LSPD Weapon Variety mod

Can someone please make a mod that spawns police with not only pistols, but with different types of SMGs, different types of pistols, different types of shotguns, stun guns, and sometimes, very rarely, mingiuns?

I want police to have more weapon variety instead of just combat pistols and pump shotguns.

I know this is possible as I've seen other mods which modify police's weapon loadouts.
Someone please make this (and upload it to gta5-mods.com and it will be popular.)
